Ashley Store

I recently purchased a power recliner sofa from Ashley Furniture store in Lynnwood, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The sofa was a steal deal at $850, and the quality is exceptional. Our advisor, Yong, was incredibly helpful and hardworking. She took the time to show us all the sofas on the floor and helped us find the perfect one to fit our needs. The power reclining feature adds an extra level of comfort and convenience to our living space. Overall, I highly recommend both the sofa and the excellent service provided by Yong at Ashley Furniture.

I'm going to give him a five star because JR furniture was disrespectful and extremely invasive when they came out to my house. They ain't friends on my space and the gentleman that was looking at the damage for the couch was more interested in saving the manufacturer money than he was diagnosing the problem with the track. He was so upset with the dog hair underneath the couch that he was taking multiple pictures and then when I swept it up he took a picture of the pile before I got it in the garbage. He even bother to take the bolt off the track to see what was wrong with the track or if truly the motor was wore out. The office sent me a message at JR furniture and said we've been in contact with multiple manufacturers which is only one manufacturer in the first place and they've denied it and there's nothing more we can do for you. That's not what a company is supposed to do I sent them a rebuttal and they won't even comment back. Previous years in California I never had a problem with you with Ashley's furnitures and they always took care of my problems. So now I'll be back to Ashley's.

We have purchased multiple items from Ashely and feels very comfortable for all sort of business transactions. For a normal family, I can assure you that Ashley has Good selection of furnitures with different combinations of options.👍

Nazia dedicated her time to assist me in selecting the ideal coach and entertainment center for my apartment. She adeptly navigated within my budget constraints and provided excellent service throughout the purchasing process. I plan to return for future purchases and enthusiastically recommend seeking her expertise for your next acquisition.

Needed furniture for 2 kid bedrooms and a master bedroom. Was able to find everything at Ashley. Paige was very helpful and the experience was great!

I was assisted by a nice sales associate named Regina. She was fantastic in helping my grandma fine the right bed. She was also clear and thorough about the price, delivery, and plan. We wouldn’t have found the perfect bed set for my grandma without her.

We did take a little longer trying to find the perfect piece for our home but she definitely showed patience and helped answer any questions we had! She also set us up with a good delivery date! Me and my 86 year old grandmother spoke with Valeriya about an electric recliner. She provided us with stupendous service and information on various models, as well as saving us from buying from a suspicious online retailer! We had an excellent experience and rapport.

I initially called this location to inquire that a sofa I was interested in was on the show floor for viewing. I was kindly assisted by Regina and she stated that they did. We ended up in store and she assisted us with our questions and concerns with great professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this store if you are in need of any furniture. Not only is the quality of the product great but their customer service is as well. We ended up deciding to get the sofa. ♡

Valeria was very friendly and patient with me and showed many options to choose from. She tried her best to offer the best furniture solution that will satisfy my requirements. I went in today looking for a new couch, and immediately was greeted by Rashan. He was very helpful and answered all my questions easily. Within an hour I had picked one out, purchased and left happy!

Valeriya was very helpful and friendly. She helped us locate dining chairs and was kind to our little dog. Store has easy to navigate floor design and has pleasant ambience. We ordered bar stools online because the ones we wanted were available online and that experience went smoothly, too. Thank you!
