I've worked with Cordray for the last 6 months with some very complicated insurance coverages. Truly, everything she's done has been first class and I am so impressed by her attention to detail and responsiveness.

When I started using Propel in 2011, they were great. However, since then, I don't even know who my POC is and each time I call I am routed to 3 different people only to leave a message and not hear back for 3-4 days! It is insane. When I do finally hear back, they are not at all helpful. I went to another broker and got a WAY better rate and higher coverages through my same insurance company than Propel was able to offer. If you are looking for a great company, in Tacoma, do not call Propel!

The Manager in the Claims department is unprofessional. Talks about other co-workers, gossips and speaks to the people under her with disrespect like they are incompetent. She’s a micromanager who on a daily nitpicks at those under her. She belittles people, but does not take the time to listen. She just talks a lot. Propel is an amazing Company and the people are great , but working for her is nightmare. It’s sad that her boss co-signs her wrong doings.

My family has been with them as long as I can remember. As of August 2019 they no longer do home owners insurance. Incredibley disappointed that they made that decision. Had to go elsewhere and pay more for it.
