I have been with Ms. Greenland's office, American Family Insurance, for many years. Throughout the entire time, everyone on her staff has been helpful, friendly, professional and very responsive. I continue to enjoy working with each of them as the years go by.

I appreciate the patience on all the agent's part for answering my questions about my policies and coverages. I will also say that American Family's rates are very competitive. I get great coverage for a great price.

One would be hard-pressed to find a finer group at the Greenland Agency to care for one's insurance needs. I would give them 10 stars if they were available.

Arynn Spaulding assisted me in finding a quote for car insurance that fit my budget as well as preferences. She was patient, responsive and explained everything in great detail to me about a couple different routes I could go given my driving history. I was very impressed and will be in contact with her again soon.

Worked with Breanna on setting up renters policy, the process was was very quick and easy! She assisted me with getting all the paperwork coordinated with my landlord, getting a security system and setting up auto payments. She was very easy to deal with and very helpful explaining everything!
