I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Santa Rosa Dental. Carmen and Monique were so nice and explained what to expect during my visit. Check in process and paperwork was smooth and stress free.. Dr. Choi was excellent and made me feel comfortable and also took the time to explain what I needed after doing a thorough examination. I had to get some fillings replaced and a cleaning and I felt no discomfort at all. Jose the X-ray tech was also very nice and did a great job with making me feel comfortable. After my visit, they explained what I would need to get done further but I did not feel pressured to have additional services done until I was ready. They were up front about any costs and allowed me to make the best decision for my current situation.Overall great experience!

All the staff are awesome, starting with the person who answers the phones and the ladies and guys who help in the back. Let’s not forget about the dentists, who are very professional. Special thanks to Carmen; she’s been very helpful since day one, when I entered their doors. I highly recommend the Santa Rosa Dental office in Brea.

Staff and love everyone here they are so kind professional and understanding. I have been coming here for years(maybe more than 10 years) and Dr. Chou is so gentle and does a great job. Ms. Carmen have always been so helpful and awesome!!

This dental office is very organized and the front staff are extremely understanding and considerate of patient needs. The service was quick and to the point and done well. They are also able to communicate patient needs in a respectful and professional manner. Overall have had bad experiences with dentists and for once I feel heard and understood. They give constant reminders to make sure patient is aware of upcoming appointments. Great customer service! Would highly recommend.

My experience here was one of the best by far from the kind desk associates to the Doctors and Prosthodontist who gave me recommendations on how to go about my procedure. My deep clean was as gentle as one could be and I noticed my bad breath is non existent right away. I don’t even wake up with bad breath anymore wish I had done this a long time ago. Not to mention, their place looks like a mansion compared to others!

Our visit was great. The staff at Santa Rosa dental is super friendly. Doctor did a great job with my Sons treatment. I have Been a patient here for many years and now I also bringing my kids here to get their cleaning and any work done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone they sure know how to treat their patients so they can have a great experience.

This is my second posting since 2017 when I moved into Orange County and discovered Santa Rosa Dental. They have serviced all my dental needs. I recently had a molar extraction in preparation for an inplant. I'm 66 and was scared I would not heal properly. Dr. Camones has a gentle hand and immediately put me at ease. The entire staff is kind, accommodating, and professional. The entire facility, especially the restroom, are immaculately clean and spotless. It's family owned, but honestly, I feel part of their family. I love Santa Rosa Dental and all their staff. A special thank you to Carmen.

Carmen has been a tremendous help with getting me started. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything I didn’t want to do and I was checked in immediately after my wisdom teeth removal. Definitely a friendly place and i recommend to my friends and family!

My husband and I have been patients at Santa Rosa Dental for the past 6 years.
