Gong Cha

Gong cha anywhere is delicious. The menu is not as extensive as other bubble tea shops but you can’t go wrong with any item in the menu. The staff here are always very friendly. This store is located near many other cute shops and restaurants. It gets busy during the nights and on weekends but still worth it.

Love gong cha cause their tea is really flavorful without being too bitter. Their menu is not as varied as KFT but their products definitely taste better quality. Ordered the wintermelon oolong tea with white pearls. It took about 5-8 minutes to get my drink despite no one else in the store but seems like they were pretty busy with phone orders/online orders. The store is actually bigger than it seems as there is more seating towards the back of the store. Staff is also very friendly and effective with ordering.

I’m so glad they’ve opened up in Montclair now. Top notch bubble tea and they have waffles here also. Come here after the many choices for meals on Bloomfield Ave. They also have a chill hangout area with many board games. My go-to drink is Honey Green Tea.

It's a very cute establishment with many great drink options. The ambiance is very relaxing. You can sip on your drink while looking peacefully out the window. Would recommend.

Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Js (with Caffeine) & Mango Coconut (Without Caffeine) are very good! Gong Cha Earl grey is superior in taste compared to other bubble tea places..

Great place for some bubble or fruit tea. They use real tea, unlike Kung Fu Tea down the street which uses powder instead of real tea. Also, you don’t have to wait long. Kung Fu seems to always mess up the orders and have long waits. Come to Gong Cha instead, they’ll take good care of you. And let’s be real, their menu is much better. This is real bubble and fruit tea. Kung Fu is just faux.

After my friend introduced me to this cozy little spot, I've been spontaneously treating myself to the dirty brown sugar milk tea. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys sweet, creamy treats (ice cream especially). Their rewards system is also pretty cool. It's saved me quite a bit of money and has even gotten me a free drink. The staff are always ready to take your order and get it ready so fast! I'd come here every day if I could but I don't wanna get addicted 😆

Went here for my first time a week ago, I got the iced milk tea with bubbles and 100% sweetness. For some reason I always get bubbles and expect to like them every time but I'm just not a bubbles fan. Anyway, the actually drink itself was AMAZING! So sweet and good and just deliciousness in a cup. I wish there was a bigger size. Going to be coming here a lot more often!

Amazing bubble tea for a good price!! Highly recommend for bubble tea lovers or anyone who's trying for the first time! The workers are VERY nice and are always understanding if there is a mistake or misunderstanding, which is rare. Last time I went to the Montclair location, I ordered an earl grey milk tea and they accidentally made it twice and decided to give me the other one for FREE! The workers are just as sweet as their bubble tea!

I order here all the time with my mom and I love the drinks and the staff is always comfortingly nice. For newcomers I recommend the strawberry milk tea with boba with 30% sugar and light ice.

Also we just read the owners response to the review where the delivery was rushing the staff to make the drinks and it was amazing. GO OFF QUEEN U TELL THEM WHATS UPP

Edit: if you haven't worked in the food service industry then try to empathize with workers at least, because they're humans too and most of the time they're overworked students. So just try to be kind to ppl :)

So we have ordered tea 3 days in a row on Grubhub. So refreshing and delicious!! I highly recommend!! I love how you can adjust the sweetness level! Also they have different non dairy milk options!

Five stars always! My husband and I always order from them, especially after COVID-19 started. We would have to order at least 7-8 drinks. It's that good! Good services. I like the writings on the take-out bags.

Whether you're a fan of tea or not, Gong Cha has flavors that will fulfill your craving. I highly recommend the dirty brown sugar milk tea or any of the fruit based drinks. Not In the mood for boba? No problem they have an array of toppings to choose from so it's totally customizable. Best drinks are available here all season long!

I would give this place more stars if I could. This is for the Bloomfield Avenue Montclair location. Me and my family have ordered from them several times, and each time, our order was correct, and the tastes are phenomenal, the options are limitless also. I hope they keep up the good work there. I am so addicted to this place, and my kids too lol.

Absolute LOVE Gong Cha. I've been going to nearby bobe tea places and got used to going to the same ones but then I tried this place and I'm hooked. The boba is so good you'll need to try it!!

I love their tea! My favorite is the strawberry milk tea, with pearls and milk foam, and the coconut-mango tea with pearls. The girls working there are kind and helpful.
