Came to Ashleys furniture with my family for new bedroom sets for my kids and us. We were greeted by William very friendly and knowledgeable helped is color coordinate the furniture to our needs. Great experience. The manager Raj was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Wilmer was the man on our visit to Ashley’s today! He was so kind and helpful. We are first time furniture shoppers, and he was so happy to answer every question we had for him! We are beyond excited for our new couch to arrive!

I bought my couches last week and I love them!! The quality is amazing, the service, delivery….Everything was great. I walked into the store and was greeted by a sales person. However, they were not pushy and following me around. I ended up chatting with Jaden, who was an amazing sales gal, and so nice, responsible, helpful, and very personable. She made the experience wonderful. And I want to give a big shout out to the store manager, Mike, he is wonderful. He went over and above to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. He is awesome!!! I will definitely be back to buy more furniture and I am referring them to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much!!!

Kaz did a great job helping us with several pieces of furniture both indoor and outdoor. My wife came in day prior to purchase and strongly dislikes when associates hover. Kaz gave her space look around, was available to answer questions and then come back the next day together to make the purchase. 5 stars!

The store manager and colleague supported my search and found exactly what I was seeking with no delay, exceptional service and attention to details. They walked me through my options of products and payment options with no delay and I left super pleased and much more pleased than had I purchased online. My experience is less common these days and makes me want to continue being a loyal Ashley customer for years forward. Thanks.

Ashley’s in Yorba Linda is your go to furniture store. Wilmer was knowledgeable and attentive during our visit. The store manager, Raja, was very helpful and patient. The store was neat and clean. They offer a good selection of furniture from living to dining and more.

Wilmer was wonderful. Took his time and was very knowledgeable about every piece of furniture we came in for. Had everything ready. Was really great.

Drove in from Az to assist my 81 yr old mama with the purchase of a sofa and small recliner. Sales associate Sher is amazing!!!!! Fabulous customer service!! He helped us find the perfect pieces!!!
Unfortunately when the sofa was delivered it was damaged by delivery crew!! The Ashley replacement process is a nightmare!!! Had to deal with incompetent customer tech. Office in which NO ONE speaks clear English and they are overseas!!!! Totally nightmare d along with them!!!! Unfortunately the great salesman Sher had no power or authority to simply replace the damaged sofa!!!
After weeks of back and forth with the horrific tech office…my mama is finally going to receive a new replacement sofa!
Again Sher is a great salesman Ashley store policy is terrible/must be eliminated!!!

I called Ashley’s (Yorba Linda) first thing when they opened and spoke with Sasha (salesperson). I expressed to her I needed to get a queen bed frame that matched my existing dressers. She helped me for hours on and off the phone attempting to locate exactly what I was looking for showing me many different options. She set up different orders for me that I approved then changed my mind on. She never once seemed annoyed or bothered. I didnt up purchasing anything and expressed to her how sorry I was for taking so much of her time. She said her job is to provide great customer service and she didn’t mind at all. If you go into the Yorba Linda location she will do her best to make you happy.

When we entered Ashley’s Yorba Linda, Ca. we met Rick (Sales Person). He was easy to speak to and knew the locations of the furniture we were looking for. I usually don’t like buying furniture because of a sales person hovers over me. Rick did not do that and i was very comfortable dealing with him. Rick is a great sales person very knowledgable any easy to speak to. I would purchase more furniture from Ashley's based on my experience. Than You The Hermann’s

We were around the area and decided to check it out. And we are also moving places very, very soon. Like next week soon lol. So we are actually looking for a dining set and a couch/bed for our living room.

We were greeted by Jude. She was really friendly and helpful. We walked with her for a while asking her questions and all. Then so what we liked, but we didn't want to buy it yet because we were not sure how well it is going to fit at the new place.

She gave us the exact pricing on the different thing with wanted to get. She said that there is a 40% discount plus 5yrs financing. Even though we were not going to buy anything at that moment, she was very kind with us.

The store was very clean and very well organized. I can't comment on the buying process or the warranty process so I am only reviewing the store atmosphere and the welcoming staff!!

Kaz was amazing from the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left. The entire staff is very hospitable and look out for the customers best interest. Our intent walking in was only to look, but Kaz helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to shop for all their furniture needs at this location from here on out!

My wife and I went here yesterday shopping for a bed, and possibly a couch. Omid greeted us when we arrived, and happily directed us to look at all of our options. He was very kind, informative, and never pressured us into buying anything.

Even though we ended up making a smaller purchase (this time), we are glad to have been helped by Omid. Very big store with a lot of variety and selection!

Ben Le, sales representative is one of the best customer service representatives I’ve encountered. He helped me with a purchase earlier in the year and went above and beyond to help me and be sure that I was satisfied. I looked for him again for a recent purchase and he was phenomenal. If you’re looking to shop in the Yorba Linda store, look for Ben Le.

Went to the Ashley store in our city to purchase another set of sheets for our son's bed. We were greeted as we entered the store by a smiling and helpful employee. The manager actually helped us with our purchase by checking to see what sheets we had originally purchased. It was a pleasant experience. Great store and employees.

We went in to look at storage bed frames and were assisted by Wilmer Terran. He was very patient and informative. There was no pressure to purchase and we would highly recommend him to everyone.

We visited the YL store. Great selection, quality and pricing. Jaden was a great help, very friendly and not pushy. We ended up finding a whole new living room set, including a rug at a great price.

Rick was very helpful and patient. He tried to get us the best offer. The whole team was helpful
