The parking lot feels safe, it is well lit and wide open. Pro-tip – the parking on the right side of the store is safe, close and usually pretty empty.

The store itself is clean, the shelves are full and organized. The grocers here seem to really care about their workplace. That is a testament to good management. Speaking of the grocers-

The grocers here are top-notch.

The people in the departments are helpful, the cashiers are friendly and talkative. I love running into Sandee, for example. She is always so warm and genuine. It doesn’t feel like the cashiers are being rushed or over-scrutinized by their management.

If I have occasion to catch somebody on the floor and ask them where something is – they will take me to it or find out where it is if they don’t know. For example, for some reason I was looking for caviar one night, I don’t know, maybe the wife wanted to try it or something. Well, I asked Marc where it is. Marc is a meat department guy who I nabbed while he was stocking meat. Marc did not know where the caviar was, which seemed odd to me because Marc is pretty well versed in the location of any item I’ve ever had to ask him for the location of. His brow furrowed as he thought, he said “come on” and we went. We went over to another grocer and Marc asked him where it is. Well, turns out they don’t carry the exact caviar food I was looking for, but the important thing is that Marc didn’t know – but he quickly found a solution for me.

The prices here seem to be better than at the other groceries in the area. If milk is a gauge of price, and I read somewhere that it is, then they have both the Pavilions and the Smart & Final down the road beat.

I only came here to use the restrooms to hit the road back Arizona because there were no Restrooms anywhere!

Rarely crowded, relaxing shopping, suburban hospitality, easy access to amenities.

This store is relaxing, and employees always willing to help even if it's "not there/my department". Very fresh produce, and the bakery is amazing! I always buy a little dessert from the counter, sooo scrumdittelydelish!

I have been going here for two years. I typically do my shopping late 8-10pm. The smaller staff is always there to help out, super friendly and courteous. Great experiences. Ralph’s app is also key get you digital deals

Was great, only store open at 12 Am. Went and grabbed snacks and than was nice to be walking around with it being empty. Front cashier was an older lady and she was quite helpful and polite, overall great store.

Best meat selection in the area especially beef. Never disappointed.

I increased my rating from my most recent visit I went from 4 to 5 stars based on the hospitality and customer service displayed by one of the manager that took the time to assist a government WIC customer with multiple checks. They not only displayed amazing customer service but made the customer feel comfortable and opened additional registers.

I love this grocery store! I always find myself in here and even on my worst days, when I look like death when I am sick, they smile and remember me and tell me to get better soon, the sushi staff is wonderful! They are my new friends and are such a sweet couple, they will personalize your sushi if they are there preparing some already and really do a fantastic job, it's better than some restaurant sushi!!!

This rating is for that one cashier, older woman, who made my day be singing happy birthday over the intercom. She is consistently cheerful and makes up for the lack of staffing at the self check out and the staff that passes right by you as you are searching for a product. The deli has one younger gentleman who also has a smile on his face and takes the time to get to know his customers. These two makes this Ralph’s my favorite place to shop!! Props to those two gem of employees!!

Very clean and well stocked grocery store! Bakery has nice baked breads and cakes! Deli has a huge selection of meats and salads. Nice floral dept. Friendly staff.

Stopped in here last night on the way back to Nana and Granddaddy's house. Bought a few bags of groceries for them since they're less mobile now. My Aunt Sheri usually does this but she's on a medical mission trip in Peru, so my Mom and I took over for a few days while we're in town visiting.

Denise was the super friendly checker helping us as we finished shopping and paying for our groceries. She actually remembered my boyfriend and I from a visit about a year ago when we were down celebrating my grandfather's 90th birthday!! We even got big hugs from her.

That's the kind of family feeling I get from this grocery store. I love the store, but love their staff even more.

This Ralph's looks nicer than most Ralph's I have been to, something about the shelves they use. It is also very large and has a great produce selection.

The people in this Ralphs location have good customer service skills including Kim, Kevin, Sheila and the newest member Marie.

Nice store, not the biggest. Does not carry a huge variety due to size. Helpful staff, bright well lit store.
