As a classical musician I was already sold on this place because of the name lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ All jokes aside though this salon is fantastic! As a person that also has mixed textured hair it’s hard to find someone, especially new, I can trust with my long hair but Patricia absolutely nailed it. She did a wonderful job and totally made me feel beautiful. Highly recommend. The salon itself is professional and in a great location. The inside is spacious and lit extremely well since there’re a ton on big windows that also makes the place feel very open.

I have been having great experiences with Shannon for brazilian hair straightening. Always comes out super smooth. It lasts longer (6-9 months) than other ones I have had in the past. She has also given me great haircuts and balayage. Would definitely recommend!

I saw Shannon at Baroque salon to dye My hair and I am so so so happy with the results. Never in my life has my hair looked so amazing. She really took her time to make it look beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Shannon at Baroque will definitely be my new hair dresser! She’s friendly and so talented. It was really great to meet Jesse the owner at Baroque Salon. After searching many salons in Tacoma I've found my spot. She was super insightful on new styling techniques that I really wanted. The salon is spacious and comfortable and booking was easy just by text. Now after a cut and color I'm ready for anything! Thanks Jesse!

I love going to see Jill for my haircut. All the work she has done for me over the years and its always be thoughtful, and beautiful. I have course, curly, wavy hair and so does she, so she understands how to cut my hair better than most stylists. I can only encourage people to make an appointment with her to find the stylist you have always wanted. Prices are reasonable and worth the service. Nive area but a little hard to find parking sometimes so give yourself an extra 10 minutes. St. Helens has many great places to check out in the area as well.

Shannon was so fun to chat with, and really listened to what I was looking for. She was very attentive, and gave me what was all around a great experience, after not having been to a salon in a year. Very happy with the experience, and with the balayage and haircut I received. I will absolutely be coming back!

I've been seeing Veronica for 20 years! My Mom and I have a "date day" every 8 weeks or so just to go to Tacoma and get hair cuts. Every color my hair has ever been, any length I've ever desired (from a pixie cut to lower back extensions) Veronica has me looking my best.
The salon is beautiful and the staff warm and inviting.
If I could give Baroque Salon more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

If you want to find a great hair sytelist, go here and ask for Amanda! Seriously, she is great. I came in with high expectations, and she met them at every turn. I have very dark hair, and wanted to go blonde. I knew it might take a bit, and she’s been so understanding and happy to explain the process to me. I will follow her wherever she goes! I trust her with my hair completely, and that’s a pretty great thing. Thanks Amanda!!!

Went in today for the first time to get a haircut from Patricia. I came out feeling like a whole new person! My haircut is absolute perfection and Patricia was a joy to be around. I'm definitely going to keep on going back!

I have been seeing Haley Vandoren for my hair needs for a few years now. She recently transferred to Baroque Salon and of course I followed her. Haley is the only one I trust to color my hair. I have very fine and thin hair, and have been attempting to grow it out for years now and Haley always gives me great suggestions about how often I should cut it, how blonde I should go, and what products to use, etc. She is so nice and very good at what she does! I've gotten an ombre from her and a partial balayage and was very happy with the results of both. If you are looking for a cut and color, go to Haley! She is amazing. As for the salon, it s very cute and in a great location!

Go to Kim here for an amazing haircut. My husband and I both go to her and we love our haircut. She is the only person I will let cut my husband's hair because she makes it look stylish. I have very long and thick hair and she never rushes with it and always makes it look on point.

I love Haley! She always knows the perfect way to color and style my hair. Honestly if you don’t go to her you will be making the biggest mistake! Can’t wait to get back in her chair!

Jill Ogden is my stylist. She is AMAZING. She knows how to treat my lightly curly hair and my daughters very curly hair. She is magic with color as well! 10/10 recommend!

Had my hair washed and cut today by Adee she was so sweet and patient. I would definitely recommend her! She took her time and was very attentive. Thanks Adee!!

I don't think it's possible to get a bad cut/color here. So much talent. That said, the parking can be tricky as there's not much of it. Bring a hood or umbrella if you want your cute cut to last because the rain might squash it.

Classy and clean salon. Great customer service. Found my new spot! My girl did awesome with my textured hair!
