Simple Pleasures

Thank you to my barber Julio at The Rock Barbers for the recommendation. The service was.excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Josiah is so polite, attentivrle, and helpful. This place is something special. I watched several regualr customers come in and were immediately presented with their drinks of choice. This is the type of place they know your name. A great locally owned business. Now onto the food. It was delicious, hot, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Parking can be a little tricky. However it is worth it. Downtown Lincoln is quaint and make me reminiscent of and older, easier way of life. What a place! Make yourself a local here.

Fresh food,well prepared with nice classy touches. Don't have a favorite meal but eat there weekly and have tried many selections ...all stellar.

Staff and owner are so welcoming! Great servers who are friendly,upbeat and efficient.

Haven't had a favorite go-to restaurant in Lincoln after Beerman. We do now and for the past 3 years!

This restaurant is a gem. My wife and I had Black Russian pastrami sandwiches. She had potato salad; I had fries. We were both delighted with our choices.

The staff was friendly. The food was excellent. The prices were modest, given the horrible inflation of the past three years.

We will be back, even though it is a long drive over from Auburn.

Excellent as always! We were a group of 8, they took a reservation and accommodated us beautifully. We all had breakfast from their new breakfast menu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their selections. I got pictures of the Breakfast Sandwich and the Avocado Toast. Their Ricotta Blueberry Pancake Tacos were delicious too! I highly recommend breakfast or lunch. Monday thru Saturday, 7am - 2pm.

This spot was amazing and super family friendly to our 6 kids. Breakfast and coffee were on point. Owners were a simply a pleasure to talk to. We’re looking forward to making it a monthly visit. Thanks!!

We absolutely LOVE Simple Pleasures. Everything we have tried has been delicious and fresh. There is something on the menu for everyone! They serve breakfast in addition to their delicious sandwiches and burgers for lunch. They have the best omelet and their breakfast potatoes are awesome! To top it all off, the service is always amazing.

This place is just beyond amazing.
The steak sandwich was so good, the biggest steak sandwich ever.
Definitely going back for more .

In Lincoln from Reno and searched for great breakfast! Simple Pleasures did not disappoint! Food and staff were amazing!

I stopped by here 5 minutes before closing and was told to come on in. Everything sounded good but it was suggested I try the cheeseburger that was not on the menu. I did, and it was delicious!!
Everyone was super friendly and I did not felled like I was rushed to leave. Very nice since I showed up so late. I would definitely recommend this place due to the customer service and friendliness, so hard to find these days. The excellent food and great music was a bonus!!

I absolutely love this place! The food is always so fresh and delicious. There is a reason they are so busy during lunch and sometimes there is a short wait- it is because they are beyond good, they're great! I have had nothing but awesome food and service. I tried the steak sandwich today... I cannot believe how tender and juicy the steak was- and it had to have been nearly half a cow :)

Took a friend to Simple Pleasures today. The sandwich, bacon, cream cheese, avacado and sprouts was to die for. Loved it!! We sat out on the back patio. Perfect.
Oh, and their scones are the best I’ve ever had!!!

A few friends and I had lunch at Simple Pleasures today. The menu is full of unique sandwiches that all sounded so amazing it was hard to choose. Our food was reasonably priced and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. A great choice for dining in Lincoln, CA. We will definitely be back. PS the potato salad is so good, we had to get some to take home!

I had the privilege of dining in at the Simple Pleasures this morning for breakfast!! Kim was great in every way!! I'll be back to try the steak sandwich for lunch. Great food, great service, great establishment!!

Always delicious food and excellent service. Since the recent kitchen remodel they are able to offer a more extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch. I can personally recommend the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, the Breakfast Sandwich and the Avocado Toast. Our guests were very happy with their Veggie Omlettes.

I've lived in Lincoln for years and had not eaten at Simple Pleasures until yesterday! Very kind staff, and the best and biggest steak sandwich! Hot off the bbq grill anyway you like your steaks to be grilled. Mine was perfect! I like my steak to be cooked medium, and it was juicy, cut like butter :) My fur-baby was drooling over just the box! The potato salad is a hit as well. It was like being at a family bbq. Thank you Simple Pleasures!! I'll be back for more, and definitely use for catering!

Always great food and friendship. My favorites are the big bird, any soup and taco salad. Please try the catering as well as dine in. Fantastic team, selection and pricing with gentle hand holding. You will not be disappointed in the quality and quantity of your menu.

I had the best burger i have had in a while! My waitress was just amazing, and the service was great! Definitely coming back!
