Roseville Diagnostic Imaging

Super amazing!! Coming from someone who has recently been claustrophobic due to a tragic family loss dealing with major stress and anxiety the supervisor there (not sure of her name) was really helpful with calming me down and talking me through the MRI. As well as the gentleman there, (not sure of his name either 😭) singing Bruno Mars lol but they were SO AMAZING and did not let me walk out of there without completing the MRI, yet feeling at ease. Super thankful!

Sharon reached out to me because she noticed the authorization for my husband's testing was going to expire soon. She is the only medical professional to reach out to us and try to help us during an extremely stressful time. She is professional, super helpful and kind. I appreciate her! This is a well run practice that cares about patients. Highly recommend.

I have a tremendous phobia of needles, I had to get a CT with contrast and the lady that put my IV in did such a good job, I've had mosquito bites that hurt worse. Friendly staff, clean interior and compared to most medical facilities, pretty quick in and out time.

Positive experience, hope to come here again if I ever need imaging done in the future.

Amazing staff. I had a medical issue while at their office and the staff, especially Mary - the MRI technician, was so kind and helpful. Mary went so far as to walk me to my car and later checked on me to make sure I was able to safely drive home. They went above and beyond what would ever be expected.

I went today for the first time for a lower BK MRI. I have PTSD in closed spaces so they were very helpful to me and checked on me to make sure I was ok. The machine is an open MRI... Not sure if that's the only one they have but it helped tremendously! The staff is awesome, courteous, Caring, and respectful!

Xray

It takes two hours for an mri scan. Ive never experienced a test that takes minutes takes so long and in the mean time i see plenty of people coming and going. Obamacare sucks!!!! My last mri was way quicker from another imaging center though.

Whomever was Xray Tech (never introduced herself) was borderline mean. She was either having a bad day or hates her job. Patient should not have to bear the brunt of it though...

I took my mom to this location for CT scan in December 2023 and had a very unpleasant experience. The technician named Jacky was very rude and unprofessional. He never greeted nor he introduced himself to me or my mom. Had my mom sign the consent without explaining what was being signed for. He did not asked me to kindly leave the room due to exposure but slammed the door behind me. I will not recommend this office to any of my friends and family members.

My husband had an appointment today. He was treated with respect and courtesy. The wait time was reasonable. The receptionist was very busy and, in my opinion, handled the position remarkably well. It was worth the drive to Roseville
