Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville

We stayed at this location for a volleyball tournament. Our games started bright and early at 7AM and the hotel accommodated the breakfast times so that we could at least have some of the cold items available to us even though breakfast did not start until 730 on weekends. They set it up so that at 6:30 the bread/bagels/muffins, oatmeal/cereal, fruits were set up. By 7AM most or the other items were out. This was great customer service because they did not have to start setting up early but due to the large group in the hotel with an early schedule they did this to make our stay better. I will definitely come back to this hotel for our next tournament. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Really nice hotel. Adequate size gym, breakfast was delicious with many low-carb options available. Although I wasn't able to take advantage of it. Pool is outside so too cool to swim in it. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The satellite TV wasn't the most reliable, but it was good enough for the short time I watched it.

My stay here was incredible! Excellent service and the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed at inside and out. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Will be back to stay during my next trip in the area!

Outstanding service! susy(i hope that is her name-older lady front desk)checked us in and upgraded us to 2 queens! Made our weekend. The front desk was always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a different menu every morning. The rooms are big and clean a bit outdated but clean. I feel like the elevator could use some maintenance but other than that it was a great stay

Close to Westfield Mall... Quick & efficient check-in process... informative, super courteous, professional front desk staff (Noelle is AWESOME)... Interior & Exterior very clean... impressive rooms, comfortable & very updated... Hotel offers complimentary breakfast, has a gym, swimming pool & hot tub, a modest bar in the lobby serving beers & mixed drinks with a number of food selections... ultimately impressed with this hotel...

Close to shopping and restaurants. Great location. Spacious and clean room. Online check in and out was a breeze. Free breakfast was good. Overall a happy stay!

The Hyatt in Roseville is more than just a place to stay; it's a destination that caters to the discerning traveler. Whether it's the strategic location or the exceptional service, this hotel has earned my recommendation.

The hotel's proximity to many dining options. Nestled just around the corner from The Galleria mall, the convenience of having both shopping and dining within easy reach was a luxury in itself.

Should my travels bring me back to Roseville, the Hyatt will undoubtedly be my accommodation of choice.

We stayed here for a convention we were attending at the Grounds. The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, safe and has great amenities. There are no shortage of restaurants around. It's right next to the Galleria Mall and Safeway isn't far (short drive).

My husband had same day surgery that morning and we needed to stay overnight for the follow up appointment. He had to stay on the ground floor due to the surgery. The front desk was very accommodating with his special needs from the surgery. I would recommend this Hyatt Place to everyone.

They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers already (full size). They have blow dryers. The pillows are soft and full and they are clean.

Classy well taken care of hotel. Great location right next to the mall. Rooms clean and well stocked. The breakfast is worth staying here. The bar downstairs was a great surprise. Signs say they'll be renovating the cafe soon. Look forward to the updates.

Recommend while staying here; while awaiting their restaurant to open summer 2024, go to lucky dog for lunch or dinner (while in town passing through or just moving into area)!
The Coconut Prawns are SO DELICIOUS, next time I'll get 2 orders just for an appetizer to share with 1 other person!-

The locations is an easy on and off the freeway but far enough away to avoid noise and issues. Food and shopping is very convenient to this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A good place to stay!!

Excellent hotel! The staff was super helpful and attentive. The rooms were huge. The pool was nice and had ample sitting areas. The hotel is right near tons of shops, the mall, restaurants galore. Very nice lobby. Great wedding venue nearby. Very safe upscale area. Would easily stay here again. The only thing I recommend is more hooks in the rooms to hang coat and such.

Loved the central location, generous sized room and overall friendliness of the staff, especially Noelle.
There was a guy working front desk late night early / morning who seemed indifferent to guests.
The cleaning staff were always friendly.
Noise wasn't an issue for us. Maybe there was no one by us on our end?
I understand but wanting food waste, however there were never cookies or brownies available past maybe 3:00 in the afternoon, in their fresh market and no desserts on their limited restaurant menu.
Breakfast was serviceable, I would recommend heading down earlier rather than later. The kitchen staff isn't there for special requests or personal help, just to ensure product is replaced.
Would hands down stay here again and recommend for business or family travel.

I really liked the layout of our room and it was really clean. They have the full sized toiletries attached in the shower which is convenient if you are more than a party of one and didn't bring your own. I have long hair so the little bottles don't get the job done. They have a bar/ starbucks downstairs which is cool. The front desk clerks do it all: barista, bartender and clerk. All of the hotel staff I encountered was really polite and helpful. I enjoyed that it was walking distance from the Mall and cool places to eat/drink. My trip was for leisure, I will return and stay here again.

Hotels In Safe area and clean interior and exterior. Plenty of parking and well lite.

Stayed here for a company event and was very pleased with the friendly staff, low costs, and a well stocked bar.

My Family checked in March19-22 . Although it was not a celebratory event( we were there for the funeral of my uncle), the hotel was able to help by having a clean place to stay. The breakfast was great. Having an area to eat and menu for a light meal was fantastic since we were all from different states and unfamiliar with the area. The evening person who worked and tirelessly helped us with our orders had a smile and great attitude. Overall the staff from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping were always there with a smile. I have never seen
a group of people who worked harder . I can tell that they enjoyed what they did and it showed. Thank you very much Hyatt place of Roseville for allowing us to stay in your front and breakfast area so we can bond with our family we have not seen for years.

The Galleria Mall is located nearby in a great location. The hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. What a disappointment that the pool was closed. There are many restaurants nearby. Our lodging was a king room with a pull out bed. The pullout sofa was not as comfortable as the bed. Very terrible mattress and absolutely no support. It was only a six-minute trip for us to be in town for a dancing competition at the @grounds.
