Jessica at the front desk was very kind, respectful and curtious. If she's not a manager she needs to be one. Employees like her are rare.

We drive from Phoenix AZ (12 hour drive) every 3 months with our two little kids because we have family there in sacramento.We came in around 2am and this is the first hotel in the past year that was by far the easiest check in, nice clean room,and very nice staff. The past 3 hotels we have tried staying at this year were just horrible, and I just have to say that we will be checking into this one every 3 months when we come back to visit the area because their prices were very reasonable, parking was easy and right by our room which made it so nice. And they made sure we were able to get a first floor. Their breakfast was very good and they kept it very clean.
The only thing that would be nice is more upgraded TV channels just because there is only one channel our kiddos can watch late at night after a long day of visiting with family!
Overall it was nice comfy beds to sleep on after long days, clean room,nice quiet area, and just a nice hotel!

Really good experience. The staff was really great. There was an issue with the office space for guests and the gentleman working at night offered to print out everything I needed. I wish I remembered his name to tell his boss. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was really good. 👌 The rooms were acceptable, no complaints from me. I have seen newer nicer
rooms, but they were clean, and stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW in Roseville. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

This location exceeded our expectations. First, I was happy that I could make the reservation online the same evening AND I was able to use points to reduce the cost. Second, we were very pleased with the appearance, parking and room size. Internet functionality was flawless and fast. The room was quite clean and spacious, king bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Breakfast was amazing with cheese omelets, bacon and potatoes as well as biscuits and gravy. There were pancake and waffle stations, cereals, fruit, yogurts, boiled eggs and fruit drinks — a fantastic value! Overall, a great motel experience.

My stay here was exceptional! The bed linens and bath towels were fabulous! The service was outstanding; Jessica at the front desk was so helpful and kind, and Pam who organized the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond to be sure everyone had what they needed. It was the best free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! I highly recommend this BW! What a great start to the new year!

Great customer service! Everyone is ready and willing to help if you need. Check in is simple and the front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is amazing everyday. Marilue is incredibly friendly and super welcoming. I have stayed here a couple nights every week for a few months due to a paramedic program. Glad they are so close and so friendly!

Pool!! 👙🩳Huge, gorgeous and sparking clean Pool! It is an “L” shape. I recommend the rooms above the pool. Enjoy!! Great rates, also. Good breakfast bar with menu changes. Clerks are super!

I honestly enjoyed my stay there. It was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was ok, so much to choose from. The location is very good and the staff is very nice. I will definitely go back there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, had a small kitchenette that even had a sink which i don’t see in a hotel that often. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not the best. A little close to a busy street but the road noise was not noticeable and didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Overall a very good value and we would definitely stay here again.

I had a reservation at a different hotel near this one. It ended up taking me 11 hours to get from Southern California to Northern California, (normally 7-8 hours but traffic was more insane than usual) and the other hotel wouldn’t let me check in after midnight, didn’t care that I had already paid for my room. Basically, leaving me to sleep in my car. I travel extensively for work and have never run into an issue such as this before.
Stay away from Extended Stay America in Roseville, Ca.
I frantically called around to some other hotels that had no openings. I called Best Western and Josh, the counter person, was super friendly and told me to come right over. He got me checked in quickly and was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty darn good too.
10/10 for customer service and empathy.

This is a great place to stay. You can really tell the difference in the building construction between this place and a two star hotel. In the two stars I'm able to hear every time a neighbor turns on the water, and the old boards crack and make noise from the levels above. This Best Western Roseville Orchid was built so well i was not able to hear anything. It's so quiet and peaceful i would wake up and had no idea if it was 8 at night or eight in the morning. I highly recommend this place, especially if you need good night's sleep. Two thumbs up!

This place is hard to rate. They're very accommodating we had the handicap room which is directly across from the office which felt safe and secure the round back I would not stay there there are too many Shady characters. They do not offer a hot breakfast the swimming pool was closed. The rates are fairly cheap but the towels are stained and old. The location is awesome I like the Smart & Final right down the street there are several restaurants in the area. I would stay here again upfront though near the office and the security that's backed in their car keeping an eye on things

This is a perfect family friendly down-to-earth property. Great pool for the kids. Well insulated rooms, we didn't hear anything from other guests rooms. Terrific breakfast. Good restaurants and a Traders
Joes close by. Wonderful value, will definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was short but pleasant. The staff during check in was really nice and so was the check out staff. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and they had a good variety of breakfast items. We stayed here for a gymnastics meet and I'm sure next year we will start here again.

We travel a lot for dog shows and have stayed at this Best Western before. We are very happy with this hotel. Clean rooms and grounds, great, kind and caring staff. Good breakfast . The dogs love the grass and we are thankful for the poop bag dispensers, and use them. Was very happy to get a bottom floor room as requested. Made it so easy for us and the dogs. The only issue was the TV remote was missing in the room.

This was my first time in California so I picked a good one i think. The room wasbig, clean and smoke free, no bugs or creepy crawlies. The staff were very accommodating and professional. Their breakfast bar is wonderful. Wish I could give more stars! Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful, clean and very comfortable rooms. Beds very cozy. Wifi works fine. Have stayed here 2 years ago and it was a very comfortable stay then so we knew we wanted to come back for any Sac stays. Staff is very nice and will go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable with ease; even with last minute requests!! The only complaint is the recycled toilet paper, had to buy our own.
