Zumiez

The employee was super helpful. I was there for two specific shirts. He helped me try to find the sizes. When they didn't have a shirt small enough, he ordered it at the register and had it delivered to my home for free! The selection is great and customer service is way above the quality at other places. Items here are moderately high priced, but you're paying for brand names.

This was our second visit in 2 weeks and the customer service was the same, Amazing !! Dillan remember our sons name, who he helped pick out clothes last time we visited and Shane once again jumped in and gave great support and suggestions. Both these men focused on our son and making the cloth shopping about him and what he liked. The compliment him in the items he picked out and also gave solid suggestions based on my sons feedback and needs. Of all the places we have shopped in that mall Zumiez by far blew the customer service out of the water. 10/10 and I hope Dillan and Shane know what a positive impact they made on a 13 yr old boy struggling with confidence.

They were able to order my shoes super fast, easy, and accurate. The manager Oso (I’m probably spelling her name wrong) is the absolute best, with the most infectious positive attitude.
Best shopping experience.

First of all, I know this is not a skateshop. My son wanted Empyre pants. They had them in stock. The customer service was really helpful. Told us about a sale that helped is save some money.

I love the Zumiez at Aruba Sutter Mall where I live. The guys in there know my son my son's a huge skating fan. He has been for the last 2 years they know the kind of boards he likes they know the kind of grip tape he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him and there's a rotating shift of different guys in there there is one woman who works there and she is just as versed in my son as everyone else. They see lots of people everyday and they know my son they know what he wants they know the kind of hardware he uses they know the kind of trucks he likes they know the kind of Wheels he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him. They also will show him what's on sale and are very honest with him about hey we found this to be a better product than this. Now that may not work very well for Zumiez but it does because it's the reason we keep going in there these employees are outstanding it's a clean store and I highly recommend if you're in the Yuba City area and are in need of some skateboarding materials and or clothing I would head to Zumiez. If I had to write this one out of 10 Stars I would give them 10 Stars

Amazing experience tonight! I believe the manager on duty helped my son customize a skateboard (cashier ID- RM1071). He was patient, shared his knowledge, laughed at my sons jokes and silliness, but most importantly gave his time to my 9 year old. I am very appreciative of his service and the other associates working in the store tonight who engaged my son and had fun with him. Thank you all so much!

I've been coming to Zumiez to get my $15 "throw away" wayfarer knock off sunglasses for year's. They didn't have them on the rack. Ethan helped me rummage through the drawer and I found my same exact pair in 45 seconds. Excellent service, in and out.

Went to get my son new vans for his birthday. The mgr. was very helpful, not to mention very nice. Definitely recommend this store, especially since I went to Vans and they didn't have the size in either style I wanted.

Store was clean and well organized. Very helpful and friendly staff who helped me to find what I needed for my nieces and nephews. Great selection and quality merchandise. I'll be back, I want to continue being their "favorite auntie!"

Employee Isaac provided exceptional service. Obviously everyone shopping for back-to-school if you have kids that are going back. I have a twelve-year-oldthat didn't want to try anything on these last couple days that we've been school shopping. Which is quite. Walking into Zumiez he didn't even want to give the store a chance for he was ready. As his sister continue to suggestdifferent items for the last several stores we were in he would just turn them all. That he didn't like it it wasn't his look and he wanted to go home. Going into Zumiez Isaac was the only one to ask us how's it going and what we were looking for. We let him know school clothes but we weren't sure what exactly since my son doesn't really have a sense of Style. For as long as he's been alive he's only worn basketball shorts all year. it's always a struggle to get him to wear any pants. In fact he owns one pair of slacks that he was forced to wear for a wedding. Isaac suggest some camo shorts. My son said no because they were camo and. Then the next pair know because the button was. after that no because the shorts were green and short. We found a pair of shorts that it look like he was feeling. Now we would have to deal with trying to get him to try. He had already stated that he wouldn't be trying on any clothes. Isaac managed to work his magic I'm getting my son in the fitting room.He was able to have my son Tryon not only one pair of shorts but seven pairs of shorts plus three pairs of jogger pants. In the end we left with three pairs of shorts, jogger pants, and a t-shirt. My son actually thought Isaac was a pretty cool dude that he wanted to thank him by buying him a Starbucks drink. I thank Isaac for the struggle was real when it came to school shopping. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend asking for Isaac.

My son started showing interest in skateboarding so we went there knowing nothing about it and the guy that helped us was amazing leading my son to pick a skateboard that's perfect for him and enjoys everyday.

Awesome staff, build my kid a skateboard and made sure everything was perfect. Great shop and lots of clothing and accessories as well

The employee Chazz saved us time and money on skate supplies and parts. One of the best employees ive ever met.
