Employees there are very friendly and helpful.
We found some very nice Christmas gifts there, they had a very nice selection of clothes with a lot of sizes available.

Such an amazing experience! Every employee will help you look for a pair of jeans or anything you’re interested in trying. They will go above and beyond to give you the experience you need! If it’s something they can’t find in store, they will check online!

We went looking for a certain brand of jeans for my son and buckle had them! We had a great sales person Suzy, very informed about her products and whole store in general .. informed me about discounts available and promotions .. I really like that 😊.. I'll definitely be back someday...

My wife and I walked it to check out some new threads. Not a normal place for her to shop but the window display upsold the fresh spring fabrics which is what she was looking for. I don't think there was anyone who was working that didn't greet us. However, River was friendliest and most helpful. While my wife was trying some tops on, River suggested a few tops for my wife that were similar to what she was already trying on and then went and found them. Good service. Thanks River.

Brought my girlfriend here for birthday shopping. Had 2 wonderful ladies bringing us clothes and boots for her to try on. In the end, I purchased 500$ in clothing and a cute pair of boots. We had an amazing time. Everything looked amazing on my girl, and even though it was 500$, she looks like a million bucks in them.

I had the best experience here yesterday buying jeans! I personally have always hated shopping for jeans. I'm really tall, they never seem to fit me correctly and trying to figure out what size I am has always been a problem. Shennendoah I believe is how you spell her name, was absolutely amazing! She helped me find extra long jeans in the style I was looking for and it was so great to not have to spend hours trying on jeans that didn't fit correctly. It was amazing to get jeans that fit me!

Very friendly associates. Very knowledgeable. Great selection of men's and women's clothing, shoes and accessories. This Buckle is the largest we've been in. Clean store.

I’ve been to several Buckle locations among the west coast this one by far is the best one; my wife and I really like the staff especially Ashley and Kaylie I couldn’t find what I was looking for in my size and they led me right to them. Other locations we have been to have had rude staff or they just didn’t pay attention to us so we just left without purchasing anything. My wife and I look forward to coming back and hopefully seeing these two wonderful ladies next time.

I’ve shopped at this store (Galleria) since the first day I walked in. I have NEVER had such good customer service. Everyone seems so on it and they help me in ways I could’ve. They’ve taught me about jeans I never even would have considered, sizes I didn’t know I was,etc
I am especially impressed with Jessica. She has gone above and beyond for me. One time I just sent her a picture of the style I liked in a magazine (because she told me to send to her cell phone) and she found it, ordered it and I was happy as a clam. She’s the main one I go to now because she kinda knows what I like and my size. I don’t really have the money to shop at Buckle but when I need something, Buckle and Jessica are my go too.

I freaking love this store!!! They always have something I want! Classy clothes, shoes, and accessories. They make commission so they're really helpful! Ask away and theyll let you know if there is anything that could possibly match your needs.

I love rock revival jeans all I wear anymore and American fighter shirts.The staff is amazing so helpful they go the extra mile. I always leave a happy customer.

Unfortunately I forget the girls name that helped us but her name started with a T. She was great! Helped us find pants for my fiance and while he tried them on was very attentive. Wish I remembered her name, sorry.

Went into the Buckle for the first time yesterday. Wow was I missing out. Monica was a huge help even tho I had her tracking things down for me! She never seemed bothered and after asking my name once she remembered it up until I left the store!!

The greatest place on earth for a country girl to go shopping!
