Hampton Inn & Suites Roseville

My mom stayed there a few days and loved the place! She got a free room upgrade to a suite with a refrigerator, couch with pull out bed and table and chairs. She raved about the free breakfast which included waffles, omelets, and the usual breakfast fare. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. They provided free bottles of water at the front desk. There was a mini store to purchase items, weight room and outdoor pool.

Room/Hotel:
I have been to this hotel many times when I come to visit my family. The hotel, and the rooms are clean, and have a nice decor. I always stay in one of their suites, which are roomy, and come with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Breakfast:
I've only dined there once. It is an okay breakfast. The quality of the food is average. The breakfast staff are cordial and helpful.

Pool:
Outdoor heated pool is nice. There are a couple of tables and chairs.

Gym:
There's a gym, however I've never used it.

Staff:
This last stay, I was warmly greeted by Holly upon arrival. She kindly delivered to my room the additional toiletries, and towels, I'd requested. During my stay, Erica helped me with a question I had. Erica, has always been professional, helpful and cordial. At checkout, I had a really nice employee by the name of Patel ask me if I needed any help with my luggage. He was so sweet. He helped me navigate the rolling luggage cart to my car. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay relaxing and restful.

Every time I've stayed there, I've always been well taken care of. This is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to this Hampton Inn.

Was a clean place. Easy parking. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. We stayed for a few days and my kids had fun swimming in the pool. The hotel provided fun floaties for kids to use in the pool. Would stay here again!!

Clean, great beds, pool and hot tub, workout room with treadmills elliptical and free weights and if you forgot your earbuds get them at the desk! Hot breakfast is also good. Janice the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again

Great breakfast spread, they have a waffle makers. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy. The AC works well, its a little loud. The location is not too great to get too.

Clean. Room was very large and the A/C worked, which was a big plus. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. Beds were also reasonably comfortable. No spectacular views out the window, but no complaints.

Great location, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked and had a great selection. Staff is very friendly. Will stay here again next time we're in the area.

This is one of the best Hampton Inns my family has stayed at. Staff was friendly and professional ,our room was clean and in order as was the hotel. We chose not to have maid service and there was a basket outside of our door with clean towels, shampoo, coffee etc. to replace anything we might have used. We didn't ask for this basket. That was great to see. It is a little difficult to get into the parking lot but everything else about the hotel over rides that small issue. My family only stays at Hilton family hotels and we usually stay at Double Trees or above but I would take this Hampton over the Double Tree in Sacramento and many other places!

Marissa at the front desk was so helpful and friendly--I was blown away. The breakfast in the morning changes daily so you don't get bored and there is a good variety of options. The room was comfortable and clean.

Was a very nice overnight stay. Loved the shampoo and conditioner only for two people we needed two. Pillows was ok not very comfortable and tv was not easy to use as far as information about what shows was on the channels. Other than that qould definitely stay again. Oh breakfast was awesome lots of choices.

I believe Rayven was at the desk at my check in. She was very nice, got me a second night at the same rate, and was very pleasant to speak with. My room was clean, and I slept great. We were running late, and were also able to get a late check out. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had read the reviews for the ROSEVILLE Hampton Inn & Suites before booking my stay and the reviews were exactly how my stay went. My room was ready after I used the app to check in and chose my room #104 and the front desk was so nice and helpful. This hotel is so nice inside the lobby with a beautiful Christmas tree near the front desk. The decor is modern and beautiful and very clean. My room had 2 queen beds with a sofa bed suite. It had a microwave and mini frig. The beds had clean & soft comforters on them along with beds that were so comfortable that it was so hard to not sleep in. The shower pressure was amazing and I didn’t run out of hot water which I normally do at home so that was a huge plus. The bathroom had a marble type floor and the room had a light hunter green carpet with no stains or rips. The room was a non smoking room and didn’t smell like smoke. I’ve stayed at some hotels that booked me a non smoking room & they smelled like smoke. So I was so happy that the room smelled fresh and clean. The room was decorated in a modern decor that matched and felt like home. The sofa bed was really comfy and not stiff. There was a dresser that the TV was on and it had enough room for all my clothes along with a mirrored closet that had a folding chair without the back to it and or to put your luggage or duffle bag on. Then there was a place underneath the pull out that your shoes can fit on so they can stay in the closet. In the bathroom there is a hair dryer if you need one so you don’t have to take one from home which was nice. They give you plenty of towels to use and I called to get more and they came to my room within minutes of me calling which was great service. The 2 windows had like blackout drapes b/c in the early morning the sun didn’t even come through and wake me up so i was able to sleep in which was nice. Every time my son and I left the front desk always told us goodbye and to have a good evening and then greeted us again when we came back. My son & I didn’t get up in time for the breakfast however we were given a breakfast in a bag that had a water, 2 strawberry nutrigrain bars, a streusel cake and a green apple which was really good for a to go breakfast.The only thing that was difficult was you have to access the hotel thru a strip mall. This of course isn’t the hotel staff’s fault that there are only 2 enterances to this hotel by IHOP and in the middle of the strip mall. I rated the hotel solely on the customer service I received from the time of check in on Dec 20 to check out Dec 22 2017. Then I rated the room and how clean and beautiful it was along with how the hotel looked in the lobby and how welcoming it made my son and I feel. We will definitely be back next chance we get. My son and I just found out he needs surgery on his back at ROSEVILLE KAISER in May or June 2018 so we will be coming back then and or before if needed.

The hotel isn't easily accessible from the road but the quality of service you receive here is worth the hassle. The staff is amazing and do a fantastic job making sure you are accommodated and that begins with the smiles on their faces. Can't say enough good things about the employees that work at this particular location.

I visited family in Michigan March 24-28. At my cousin’s suggestion, we arranged our stay at the Hampton Inn in Roseville. That turned out to be an excellent choice.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Little extras, like clean sheets every day and fresh baked cookies in the evening were delightful.

I enjoyed meeting the breakfast queen, Barbara (I think that was her name). The breakfast feast included lots of variety, was always clean and full, and even the tables and chairs were cleaned every few minutes.

I care for my 90-year-old Mom. She had spilled her drink on her coat. So I took her coat and other dirty laundry to the guest laundry room on site. After putting soap and my clothes in the washer, I found the coin slide jammed. The concierge on duty that evening came up and worked on the washer several minutes before he was able to un-jam the coin slide. Together we tried to work the washer again, but were unsuccessful. My dilemma was that my mom would absolutely need her winter coat by the next afternoon. He assured me that the repairman would be there next morning, so he locked the room with my clothes in the washer. The next morning, as the repairman was unable to fix the machine, the manager, Ms. Mercedes Parra, arranged to have the clothes washed and dried by the staff. They delivered the entire load, folded and on hangers, to my room by 11 am! What a relief that was!!

Check-in and check-out was a breeze (even though I checked-out a little late), the rooms are cleaned daily, and the premises is lovely. Traveling with my mom is a challenge sometimes, but the staff at the Hampton Inn made the trip so very much easier. Thanks to all of you!!

Nice and clean facility. We were only there for one night but everything was great and the breakfast tasted good too! Make sure to go early to beat the crowd

Very friendly staff. Always there to greet you. Wonderful continental breakfast available which includes fresh waffles. Waffles are always a must for me and my family.

I only spent one night here a few years back for a business trip, but it was memorably pleasant and comfortable. Great service, no complications with anything. I would definitely stay again.

Phenomenal room and helpful staff. The coffee and breakfast bar were amazing! The heated pool and spa were the perfect addition for a relaxing evening.

I would recommend them to everyone one wanting an honest friendly staff that will go out of there way to make a customer happy. It's hard to find that in people these days. I had made a very expensive dumb mistake that they fixed it through a booking website. It was all my fault and they went out of there way to help me. They have gained a loyal customer thank you !!

Great Hotel. We met with the receptionist and started chatting away. Come to find out, were from the neighboring islands. Lol Great customer Service, clean and convenient and near to different restaurants.
