Larkspur Landing Roseville

The only thing I would say is this…there was a pizza delivery to one of the hotel guests and the person working the desk sent him to that room. My suggestion would have been to call the person in the room and have them come down and pick up the pizza from the delivery guy. Other than that everything was great!!

Great experience all around. It’s worth the price. A full night of quality sleep, plenty of space, all the amenities you could need, clean room, dog areas to walk and go potty. Has pet station poo bags/trash too. Lovely staff also. The outside is very nice looking too. What an amazing city. Highly recommend! Best times to explore are morning then evening.

My stay was perfect. The staff was kind, uplifting and accommodating. I called ahead to see if an early check in was available, they called me as soon as a room was ready. The breakfast sign up was simple and generous... The waffles were crazy good. Calyb made check out smooth and began my travel home on a great foot.

While by no means a new place, the hotel is kept very nice and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff service is what stands out from the time of arrival to even after departure. We left in such a hurry, we forgot items. Duhhhh. They called us upon discovery of them, but we were already hours away.
They offered to help and gave us instructions of how to arrange FedEx pick up at the hotel. Upon us making such arrangements with FedEx, the staff politely took our calls to alert them of the pick up wherein they made sure all items were packaged and eventually delivered to our home. Thanks again to Vicki at Customer Services and the desk staff for being so helpful!
We'll be sure to stay again there when in the area.

This place is always our go to when visiting family. Gives us our little home away from home while in the area. This time as always did not disappoint. Our check in was so friendly and welcoming I did not get the names of the three lovely ladies checking us in. Checked in around 4 on the 1st of may and they had a candle burning making the lobby smell so cozy. So if you know who you are thank you!!! This trip was a quick 24 turn around and lots of driving and you made it so right and welcoming. The room a one bedroom suite was just the trick for space and we didn’t want to leave. The shower head in the shower I will be asking about when we check out and the water pressure amazing. Beds comfy and room so peaceful. Thank you !!! We will be back
Room was perfect ! One bedroom suite and close the the family home so we had our own slice of heaven. Quite clean cozy and perfect size. Great job! And kuddos to the cleaners the place is immaculate! Thumbs up!

I rested in this hotel for one night at the end of October. I had a studio room with my own kitchen. I really liked the hotel. Cozy. Friendly and welcoming staff. They warned me to choose breakfast and in the morning the package was delivered to me on time. Spacious room. Everywhere is clean, clean towels. There was an iron and an ironing board. A coffee machine and a kitchen where you can prepare food if you are staying for a longer period. I am very pleased that I chose this hotel. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

All staff is helpful and very thoughtful only one staff member was not so helpful unless it was to hold the door open for me when I checked out.

The staff is always so friendly, I love the location. The rooms are always clean. They have free washers and dryers which is awesome!

I can't say more about the staff and management here. For some reason my reservations are always screwed up.... of no fault of theirs, they always give 120% to get me in . The property is clean, rooms have small kitchen w 2 burner cooktop, dishwasher and everything u need to cook, even provide very nice stemware. Direct all my out of town guests here. Including my family, even though this place is too nice for the likes of them lol.

Clean , quiet, comfy, friendly and Convenient. What more can you ask for? Would stay again.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful . The room was clean and useful with all its amenities. The breakfast to go bag was truly a big breakfast . Free Parking . Would definitely come back and stay agsin.

I rented a room a couple of weeks ago and had the best experience I've had with any hotel in a long time. The kid at the front was amazing. I don't remember his name but he was blonde and it was 2nd shift. He was friendly not snooty like so many are at other hotels and I really appreciated it. The rooms are clean and beautiful and so are the common areas. Highly recommend this place.

They were able to get a group of us in last minute. The front staff were welcoming and made the whole experience. By far the nicest hotel staff I have met in a long time and would stay again because of them. Rooms were clean but nothing crazy. Small gym but all the equipment worked. 👍🏼👍🏼

Peggy at the front desk recognized that I had a long day and called my room after a few minutes to check if the room was satisfactory and offer me a cold beverage to help with my long day. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen, from dishes to the bathroom. No smells and that is spectacular considering they allow pets. Great price and location. My bedroom and living room windows faced the busy road but the noise was minimal and I heard nothing while I was sleeping. I have to mention the amazing smell of fresh baked cookies in the lobby when I took my dog for a walk before bed. They taste great also.

This is one of the most charming hotels we've stayed at. Polite guest services (Kaila and Peggy), no mask needed, soothing 70's and 80's music playing at the lobby, and the room was antique, yet clean and very comfortable. The best out there and worth every penny

The Larkspur has cozy rooms that are well equipped for extend stays, while also being located right next to the water park and not far from downtown. The staff were very friendly at check-in, and a bowl of complimentary fresh cookies was at the front desk. Check-in was very quick and the staff were able to answer all my questions. My room was very clean, and quite spacious. Although mine wasn't equipped with one, several other rooms had a bidet in the bathroom. The kitchen area had a full size fridge, two electric stove burners, a small dishwasher, and a microwave. The cupboards were stocked with everything anyone would need to make a straightforward meal. The air conditioning in the room worked surprisingly well, and was set nice and cool prior to my arrival. A large table with several chairs was opposite the bed. Several people could comfortably eat there. The bed slept well and the room kept pretty quiet throughout the night. They had no pool, but there was a hot tub available for use. Parking was first come first serve in the plaza that the hotel was located in, and I had no problem finding spots. Overall, it was a great place to stay right off the freeway. With several things to do near by, I would recommend this for small families looking to visit Roseville.

Everything from check-in to check-out and everything in between was wonderful. I only needed a room for one night and stayed in the grand suite. From the minute you walk in the door it feels like home. I can't wait to go back to stay longer just to get out of the house right now during everything this world is going through. Whether it's business or pleasure you will not be dissatisfied with your stay. Great bedroom separated from living quarters, dining area and full kitchen (just no oven). The bathroom is spacious and bright. Without a doubt the best place I've stayed in many years.

Overall, a very clean & nice hotel. And an excellent/good location. Rooms are spacious & have all the comforts of a home-away-from-home experience. Full kitchen (*full-size fridge, stove, sink, cookware, utensils, etc.*) Staff was very friendly & check-in was super easy/fast. Deposit was only $30, which you get back in <3 days after checkout. Also 100% free laundry (*washer/dryer*) for all guests staying +1 nights...which was so awesome because most hotels/motels cost $$$ to do laundry, if they even have on-site laundry in the 1st place
