Like Parrots? This place is for you!!! The happy hour is an amazing deal. The $5.50 margaritas are gigantic. Eber gave us great service and delicious drinks. Chips and salsa are on point.

On vacation my family ate there. I enjoyed a blended peach margarita delicious made by bartender/waiter David. I had combination plate taco crispy and yummy and enchilada. My mom had spinach enchiladas she enjoyed them. My adult children had enchilada suizas they enjoyed their food. It was good food and my peach margarita was so yummy. Good job to my bartender David

If memory serves me well, l believe that their restroom did NOT have a mirror! I've only been there once, which was a few months ago.

We were there during Happy Hour. Had 2 regular Margaritas on the rocks. They were very good. It was Tuesday so we had Tacos, carne asada and chicken with beans and rice. The food was great, served hot and fresh. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. We both were impressed with the fantastic decor and cleanliness of this business. We will be regular customers for the rest of this month. Bill and Linda

The food is excellent same as service. We liked so muche we went back the next day. I highly recommended, staff is very efficient and friendly.

Brought the whole family for a special occasion dinner. Staff was beautiful and friendly, food was delicious and the drinks were satisfying.

Staying in DHS for the winter so wanted to find a local spot. So glad we found Casa Blanca! The food was fabulous and my margarita was perfect. I had shrimp enchiladas and my husband had the Macha Burrito…both were really good. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to meet a friend who had been up in Joshua Tree. Since I live in Palm Springs, we met at their restaurant in Desert Hot Springs.

Again the food proved to be excellent. I really like their Chile Relleno. Hot and batter excellent.

We loved it. This place is charming colorful bright and Spotless Clean. They were a little slow to bus the tables and seat people. Service was a tad slow also but the food was really exemplary. Desert Hot Springs is out of the way but this place is worth the 10-minute drive from Palm Springs. Really really good.

Great place to eat and drink. Service started out a little slow, waitress caught up quickly, great selection of food and full bar. Prices are reasonable and perfect sized entrées. Food was delicious and drinks were awesome! Definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area!

Food great. Had Chile relleno. Menudo. Only thing was they did not give tortillas or menudo accompaniments. Asked 3 different people. Finally got them 1/2 hr after food delivered. If the food wasn't so good I'd never go back. It was not busy at all by the way.

Soooooo yummy. By far the best enchiladas I have had in DHS! MARGARITA WAS MUY BUENO 👍👌 My MBFF'S burrito 🌯 was so big he couldn't finish it all! Lol. And when we got home, food coma set in fast and naps were taken 💤😂🪅

The food and service was wonderful, but it was so loud because of a large group people together all hollering to be heard over the other people. Were not able to talk to each other. We will go back, because have been there before and it is not usually that way.

In from out of town and wanted to try something different for breakfast - saw this as an option and was very grateful as the food was very good, flavorful and cooked just right. The waitress was kind, polite and surprised us when she brought us warm crispy tortilla chips along with their from-scratch, in-house made, salsa. Wasn't aware that accompanied a breakfast service, but who could ever be opposed to chips and salsa? Chips were traditional, tasty on their own even, warm, crispy and salsa was full-bodied w good zing. Ordered a bottle of champagne and orange juice carafe for mimosas to accompany the Burrito de Machaca con huevo (shredded beef burrito w eggs, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, beans, and cheese) which tasted even better with their hot sauce that's at every table👌it was re-sauced for every bite 💯

I saw some other reviews regarding the slow service, and I encourage people to see the perspective from the other side of the interaction with fewer people willing to come to work since this time last year, their responsibilities for helping prep and make all their in-house salsas, mixes and other concoctions - be kind, unless it truly was blatantly egregious.
I don't care what people say about speed of service, especially when it comes to sit-down service, this place is good at what they do, if you want faster service, take your less than perfect review off here and go to Taco Bell.

This restaurant was recommended and I am so glad we went. The good and drinks were amazing. A must try when you are in the area.

Finally able to return to this location! New bartender (Cisco) gives amazing customer service! Food doesn't disappoint when the service is great!

This was a very pleasant experience. You are greeted by a very welcoming patio area, once you enter the building you are greeted by the friendly staff. The area is a little smaller then some of the other restaurants in town, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in cleanliness, friendly staff , & just Amazing food! The restaurant is always clean & smells good. Not like the food(only) but the restaurant smells clean (not over bearing). Everyone there is always super nice & friendly, & then there is the food which is also Amazing! Belly filling portions that taste as good as they look. Shrimp ceviche tostadas are the 💣
