Workshop never disappoints - the service, the food and atmosphere make for a delightful dining experience. We usually sit in the courtyard but due to rain we opted for inside and despite all the hard surfaces, the noise level was always manageable. The interior is absolutely stunning and a feast for the eyes. Every dish we ordered from the Flannery burger to the duck to the delicious pizzas exceeded expectations. The cocktails were fresh and inventive. But the best part was the stellar service, our waiter was obviously someone who had been in the industry for many years and was so adept at anticipating our needs we wondered if he might be a bit psychic.

Wowed by The Workshop Kitchen+Bar! Their dinner was a delightful surprise. Every course was fantastic, but the presentation really stole the show. The salad was a work of art, and the cheese plate looked like something out of a magazine. Don't skip the drinks - their Old Fashioned is a must-try. The engraved "W" ice cube is such a cool detail, and the drink itself was perfectly balanced and delicious. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with amazing food, creative presentation, and unique cocktails. Highly recommend!

We lived everything about this restaurant. It did not disappoint. Portions may be smaller, although ficus is on presentation, quality, and impressions. All staff are passionate about food. If I return to Palm Springs, we will certainly go back. We chose a booth. The terrace could use some work to improve the ambiance.

Finally made our way down and had a fabulous dinner last night in the dining room at Workshop. This place lives up to all the hype and then some. The team take their craft extremely seriously and know how to show you a fantastic time. Logan was a complete gem at the table. The food was sensational - the burger, the duck breast, the cauliflower and the perfect bread service were all stars. Will be back again and again!

Service was questionable at first, but then improved.
Loved the deconstructed mushroom starter.

For main - picked the special of the night - the sea bass, which could have used a bit more smoke infused into it and a bit more salt. Extremely juicy though which was great.

Dessert was like a fig galette and could have been more nuanced, caramelized, and textured for this level of restaurant. And the Americano I ordered on the saide was $8! A bit steep I thought, but tasty.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. It is truly the best dining in Palm Springs and some of the best food I have ever had (and I live in Manhattan...). Johnny at the bar was a superb host for a solo diner. From the cocktails to the wine to the meal, everything was amazing. I had the beets which were flavorful and perfectly done with a crunch of tasty walnuts. Also the gnocchi with mushrooms which was light and fluffy and filled with flavor. It was an amazing experience.

We participated in restaurant week and had 3 course serving. Flavors in the food are amazing. We had delicious nonalcoholic cocktails and wine. Nice wine list. Atmosphere is courtyard with little lights, a few trees and gardens with heaters for cool nights. They also have tables inside. Our waiter was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

We met Jeff on Mon and Wed night last week and he complete our dining experience there. He is super friendly and takes good care of us. Their dessert is the best! Especially their rotating fresh fruit ice cream!

One of the best restaurants that we have visited in Palm Springs so far!
We sat on their patio area for dinner, and enjoyed the relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, as well as the prompt and very friendly service.
Their menu has many choices for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.
We had the oyster mushroom and the beet salad appetizers, and both were excellent.
For dinner, we both had the salmon that was very well prepared with a crispy skin.
The food presentation was excellent.
I was happy with their extensive wine list, also.
It is a little more expensive than some other local restaurants, but worth the price.
It’s a popular place, so be sure to make reservations.
We will definitely return here again sometime.

This was a very enjoyable restaurant and I highly recommend it. The food was excellent. My table ordered most of the appetizers on the menu and shared them. They were all excellent. For my entrée I had the pork chop, the glaze on it was delicious and it was cooked perfectly.

Love the atmosphere and style of Workshop. Long concrete slabs for tables. We prefer to seat inside as came here in June when the temp was almost 100F. The patio is a better option if you come later during the day or the year. Nice food, quite trendy LA crowd.

We have dined several times at the Workshop and always return when we're in Palm Springs. Eating outside is always an option as the patio is warm even in Winter but if you do you'll miss out on the beautifully designed interior space which is hard to describe but "industrial chic" is a phrase that comes to mind. The food is always imaginative, fresh, expertly created and delicious. The portions are not overwhelming. We've tasted widely from the menu over the years and never been disappointed. The atmosphere is lively but not intrusive. There is a communal table if you want to interact with others. The washrooms are a little utilitarian but everything else is classy. Go.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Workshop Kitchen & Bar in Palm Springs, and it was a delightful surprise arranged by my wonderful girlfriend. We visited on a Thursday in the evening, and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.

The restaurant's ambiance was captivating, with its industrial, minimalist, and rustic decor. The low lighting added to the cozy yet luxurious feel, and the booths cast from concrete were visually striking.

The service at Workshop was top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. He took the time to explain each dish we inquired about and helped us make choices that suited our preferences. Throughout the evening, he checked on us multiple times, ensuring our glasses were always full and ensuring our satisfaction.

Although the menu offered a limited selection, Workshop provided a variety of options for all dietary preferences. We opted for small plates to sample and share. We indulged in the shaved Brussels Sprouts, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Oyster Mushrooms. Each dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Among the selections, the Oyster Mushrooms stood out as our favorite. It was evident that the culinary expertise at Workshop was deserving of its Michelin star recognition.

To complement our meal, we ordered the French 75 and the Saturn cocktails. Both drinks were expertly crafted and perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall dining experience. Our favorite was the Saturn however.

To end our meal on a sweet note, we shared the Market House Crostata with strawberry ice cream. The dessert was a perfect size for sharing and the combination of the warm crostata with the refreshing strawberry ice cream was simply delightful but it made us wonder if it could taste even better with a more muted ice cream flavor to really appreciate the peach. Nevertheless, it provided a satisfying conclusion to our dining experience.

The overall experience was elevated by the exceptional service and the luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The combination of industrial elements and cozy ambiance created a visually appealing space that enhanced our dining pleasure.

While we had a reservation and did not experience a wait, locating the main entrance door within the shopping center plaza was a bit confusing. However, the restaurant does have signs outside to assist with finding the entrance. In terms of portion sizes and pricing, we found that three appetizers were satisfying for two people. The total cost came to approximately $120, which we deemed reasonable considering the quality and taste of the dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday dinner at Workshop Kitchen & Bar and would eagerly return to explore more of their menu. The small plates provided a chance to sample a variety of flavors, and the impeccable service further enhanced the overall experience. I cannot thank my girlfriend enough for finding this gem!

Everything we ordered at this restaurant was absolutely delicious and innovative. The oyster mushroom starter is a must have but also great were the cauliflower, duck, and pork chop. The chocolate dessert was rich but not too sweet and large enough to share. One of the best and more exciting restaurants in Palm Springs. We will definitely make this our go to place on our trips here.

Definitely an experience to remember. The ambience and vibe of the restaurant was unforgettable. The food divine. It's not just a meal you'll find, it's an awesome unforgettable experience in local cuisine done right.

The champagne flight made my whole night, but that gnocchi app…. Was oh man *chefs kiss* so so good! I could eat that forever.
The pork chop was yummy as was the black cod! I have nothing but positive things to say here. The staff was great, and the space was nice!

This was my second time at Workshop, we returned because I recall the food, service and atmosphere to be memorable. Last night I had such a remarkable experience I wanted to convey my thank you to the Workshop team and staff. We had a table reserved and had a booth indoors. Jonathan was our server and you could tell he's a absolute professional (with a great sense of humor!) One of our group members has a medical condition that was making the indoor seating challenging. We debated saying something, knowing they were full for the evening and assuming it would cause too much trouble to move outside or somewhere else. Jonathan made this experience absolutely seamless for us. The general manager came over to help and I cannot tell you how impressed we were at their compassion and kindness in our situation. They moved us outdoors, mid-appetizers and drinks, and never for a moment did we feel this to be an inconvenience. We were passed to Dave's section - equally amazing with service.
He was fabulous. The food was impeccable. I'll dream about their mushroom risotto.
Customer Service seems to fall short in so many places there days, but it was alive and well at Workshop. Thank you for going above and beyond and making sure we had an incredible experience at Workshop. We cannot recommend you enough! I didn't even get a chance to rave about the design and setting, but it's equally special. If you want an upscale dinner with impeccable service, go to Workshop in Palm Springs!

An excellent find in Palm Springs, food was delicious, service was top notch, and thoroughly enjoyed the brutalist vibe of the building. Our waiter was attentive without be intrusive, wine selection was good as well. One of the best finds in the area, but make sure you reserve! Used to this because of New York, but this is a thing, you won’t be sorry that you did.

Did dinner here, absolutely recommend a reservation. They are always very busy. Food was delicious. Service was amazing and very informative. Did go back a 2nd time the risotto was not as good. The gnocchi was perfect both times. But i would go back.

Amazing experience. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations based on taste + dietary preferences. The halibut was exceptional and prepared perfectly. Was visiting from Chicago and can’t wait to return!!!
