The service representative, Stan, was fantastic to deal with. Had an injector failure on my Duramax. My wife and I were on our way to the San Clemente area from Phoenix. This was on a Saturday. Limped into the dealership about 1:00pm. Closing time is 2:00pm. Stan was able to diagnose the issue and get the pickup booked in for repair. Told me they would get to it Monday morning. Called me on Monday morning and explained exactly what the repair technician had found and what was required to fix the problem. I decided to also have a service done on the truck too at the same time. By Tuesday morning at 9:00am they had me on the road again. The whole experience was smooth. The communication was spot on throughout. Got call backs when I was supposed to and kept informed throughout the repair.
This is the way it’s supposed to done!!!

Nice folks, filled me in on info regarding the newest Camaro even though I said I'm not likely to buy immediately. On display also: beautiful antique/ classic cars, including two flawless Cadillac convertibles!

The text/email was confusing for checking in the first time at your dealership. There were no greeters to take the car key as mentioned. I went inside and had to wait even though I had an appointment. You have a nice waiting area. That was greatly appreciated. The service took longer than estimated.

My account rep Melissa Miller did an outstanding job of advising me as to what this service check up entailed and kept me informed consistently throughout the day on the status of my car. I also love how they set up
Your Lyft ride to and from work. Last but not least they always clean my car before they give it back. It’s my first purchase from Jessup. I’ve had my car an electric hybrid going on 10 months now. I’ve done 4 regular service calls. Every time it’s been easy. One last thing the actual purchase of my vehicle was straight forward and simple also. Truly the best experience in buying and having a car serviced I have ever had ever.

The service advisors are always super friendly, and the wait time isn't too bad. This one and the one on Frank lloyd Wright in Scottsdale are the two best service departments for Cadillac. I've been coming to this dealer for many years and I would highly recommend it. I had an incredible experience with this company when I bought my previous Cadillac from here.

For an apparently very busy operation it ran like clockwork. I witnessed the end of a team meeting and everyone went to their posts. The service manager assigned me to Daniel, my service provider who was professional, knowledgeable and honest. There was a comfortable lounge to wait in, which I did. I was offerered a shuttle service to and from the rv park I was staying at which was >40 minutes away. For economy of time, I chose to wait as we needed to be out of that rv park asap. From checkin at 7 am till completion of service including a vehicle wash I was at the dealership for just over 4 hours. If travelling through the area again I would use their services again and would be happy to recommend them.

I needed to fix a broken tail light.
Melissa was great with wonderful customer service, and price was cheaper than the quote….which we gotta love💚❤

My son and I were in Palm Springs on our way home to Vancouver Canada and our C5 corvette shifter cable disengaged from the transmission on a Friday night. I called Jessup Auto and they gave me a good tow company and said to have it brought over. Typically they did not have a technician in on Saturday to do such however, they made it work and also checked and had a cable in stock ( common issue at some point ) They said it would be ready by 1pm and it was ready for 11 am and the final cost was less than quoted . We were on our way again with one night delay vs 3-4 from other repair shops! Thanks Jessup team! great job!

The people are friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my need to close the deal outside of regular business hours. I so much appreciated their use of personal time to help me get the car I really needed. I also appreciated the patience everyone had for all of my questions about the car, the warranty and the financing options. The people are so very supportive. This is the second car my family has bought from Jessup! Just go, you will be pleased.

Took my car for an oil change and they found a few minor items that needed repair. My service rep. Stan went above and beyond to get the information on the warranty and what needed to be done. He even helped me link my phone to my car. I'm always happy with the level of service I receive. Thank you.

Stan went above and beyond was very thorough I was going to go to Chavez it is closer to my house they did not have any appointments available but I will now only being going to Stan at Jessup he took my car in early quickly got me a Lyft home and back he was so helpful and had a passion for his job thanks again

The first 10 mins speaking with your Service Manager seemed as he wasn’t going to perform the service without a Diagnostic first !!!
I’ve been a Automotive Technician for over 28 years. I understood his hesitation due to the fact that some or more then normal, mechanic like to throw parts or guess at what the Real concern IS.
But I still needed your dealership service with the reprogram and also the theft relearn since I do not have those programs !
The cost of $330 for the service did feel a bit extreme but I had no choice in the matter. The other thing I noticed is the service manager wrote up my repair order in another advisor name, and when I came back in to thank him personally he acted as if he did not know me even after the fact we made eye contact. The advisor that did assist me even tried to recharge me the $330 cash up front that I had already paid before service was done or started. I have never in the 28 years have heard of this but again I need the service performed.
Spite the fact of your management I was very happy with your techs performance he even performed a idle relearn and printed out 2 forms showing what he had done. All in All I was satisfied with your dealership and even more satisfied that I was able to get a Lift home. From a scale of 1 to 10 your dealership was a 9.5.

My battery died and I was towed to Jessup late on a Saturday. I have my car back promptly Monday morning with a new battery, rotated and inflated tires, an oil change, a a fresh wash. All was well. The service was prompt, friendly and professional! Sean was a great representative.

It was really a pleasure working with Stan over at the service department from the time we spoke on the phone, during the check-in and check out. He went over all my options based on my trucks mileage. I Purchased my 22 Silverado here at Jessup from Daniel Conner over at sales.
