Need to be more around. The staff there is very helpful. Everyone smile. Prices could be lower but selection is alright. I still have to go to Walmart. Meat department is topnoch. Friendly guys and gals. Keep on trucking like to see you in more states.

All registers were open! I went in today for a few things and it was packed. Nice job, I don't mind standing in a little line as long as the store is trying.

This is a great grocery store. The selection of item is very complete, and there are specialty areas in the store: produce, deli, and butcher. The Stater brand items are economical and high quality. The staff is friendly and the produce is very fresh.

A bit small for the size of city & could definitely use a few more checkout lanes, but always clean & organized. The staff have always been friendly & helpful.

Very nice produce. Clean market to shop in. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and where to locate items. Checkout was a great experience as well, efficient and curteous.

The store is really really busy all the time. Great food and even more consumer service. Clerks are always friendly.

It's the only place I normally shop for groceries they have really good pricing for just about everything.

When I'm in Palm springs area I definitely go to stater bros for shopping I feel the prices and quality is good and I love there carne asada meat selections

Stater brothers Is my favorite place to buy meat. The meat department always gives great customer service.

The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful even when it is so busy. Makes a difference in my day.

I was impressed with the store and customer service. But I was extremely disappointed when I found out that both restrooms were out of order . I spent my money in your store and then had to go next door to use their restroom. Sometimes people have to use the restroom when they need to . Medical conditions etc. They can't wait until they get home.

Staters is always great prices... But i think they need to turn up the air in there its always hot in there... And learn to open up more check stands it gets pretty busy.. But becides that its a great store!😁

It is a nice place to get all your groceries. With competitive prices vs other local markets,just look for the special deals!

Love this store and the fact that they still cut their own
Meat. They often have great sales on New York steps and T bones! They are very helpful and have the. Best employees. The only negative I have to say is they often run out of the only bread I eat (sheepherder bread). And lately can't get the drinking water that comes in pourable 2.5 gallon container but I believe it is not the stores fault for water.

Clean store friendly clerks. Helpful workers throughout the store. Almost always find what I'm looking for. They ALWAYS have someone chasing down the carts in the parking lot.

It's family owned and operated it's close to me and I get what I need and want. Why you can't get is a Monthly bus pass - Why not?

My girlfriend and I were harassed by the security and a salesgirl at the stater brothers in Desert Hot Springs. My girlfriend made a purchase and tossed her receipt in the garbage while leaving. A few minutes later man from the store and a sales girl angrily approached us and he immediately demanded that she needed to hand him back "the stolen items" in her stater brothers bag. She got so scared she was shaking because she suffers from panic disorder. She let him know she had bought the items and the receipt would be at the top of the garbage can. She offered to retrieve it but he shouted,"Don't ever return to MY STORE!" She was so scared she wanted to just leave but I insisted that she should get the receipt and take it back in the store and demand an apology. She found her receipt and took it inside, but was met with more rude attitude from the cashier and was basically just brushed off with no apology. This type of behavior is becoming more and more common from stores in DHS and is not acceptable. A lot of people suffer from anxiety disorders and heart problems and I would hope these employees consider the damages they are doing to good people who don't deserve to be treated like thieves.
