I am very happy with the customer service I received at Enterprise Car Sales in Roseville. Sandeep was very attentive to our questions and was able to help us find the vehicle that would fit our specific needs. It took several weeks to finally buy a vehicle but she was always willing to spend all the time we needed!

I have been buying cars for the last 6 years at different car dealers, but I find Enterprise Car Sales the best with the quality of service and follow-ups after sales.

But my experience with Enterprise was very pleasant, friendly, delightful and was a smooth transition from the start to finally signing the purchase agreement. Mr. Mirko Halbach was personable, considerate, helpful, polite, courteous and not aggressive. Thank you so much. If I can only get my floor mat and this cruise control working, that would be phenomenal!!

The place was amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Chris was my Car Handler and took care of me and explaining the process and made feel comfortable for my choices. With the help of Hector helping me finalize the deal as well. I had mix emotions because of being a first time buyer the staff made me feel at ease and wasn't felt under pressure and understanding. Since I was referred to my Union Bank. Definitely a must check the staff will work with you on details and depending on the situation. Definitely 10 Stars visit 👍

My car buying experience was great at Enterprise car sales. This was my second purchase from them. The staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. There's never any pressure. (Totally unlike regular auto dealerships) they sit down and take their time explaining everything to you regarding the contract and what your options are for extended warranty etc. Another great experience from Enterprise!!!!

Jimmy Katumba made our experience so comforting. I was very nervous walking in. Having to take on a car payment after 6 years of no car payments was hard for me. Jimmy and the finance manager who assisted us with the process were both extremely thorough, helpful, positive, understanding and patient with us through the whole process. I recently purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales, and had a great experience. I first stopped in to test drive a car that I was interested in back in Oct., and wanted to wait. The sales person, Hector, was helpful, and stayed in touch, without being too pushy. When I was ready in Jan., I found he was on vacation, so Jesus in sales continued with the process. They work as a team, so I never felt that I was getting less service because I wasn't initially "his" customer. He even met me to give me a ride to the shop the day I was picking up the car. The process was smooth and not high pressure, which I so appreciate. The 7 day return policy worked out very well, which allowed me to take advantage of special financing promotion from my bank that was due to start, and to work in an additional downpayment with the proceeds of selling my old car on my own within that time. John, the assistant manager, answered all my questions thoroughly about financing and add ons, and was flexible in rewriting the paperwork to accommodate. I highly recommend buying a car here!

Through their rental department they knew I was looking for a new/used car. They shared a little bit of their program and gave me one of their consultant card. I made an appointment with their senior sales consultant Jimmy Katumba and I told him what I was looking for along with approximate price and when I showed up he already had the cars lined up for me. I did purchase a vehicle and appreciated the whole experience not only were they easy going but no hassling of any sort. I would be using them in the future.

I had a great experience, had a choice of two cars and did not expect to buy same day due to low inventory everywhere! I chose one, but then chose the latter, I drove both in a storm~ best time to test drive a car? lol
When I did the exchange, I had to do it on my time as to work schedule~ they accommodated me even though busy~ Sorry about that guys, but thank you very much.
My buy is a Nissan Rogue Sport 2021 and I am loving it and it has driven great in the continued rain storms.

Honestly the easiest most transparent car purchase I have ever made. Our salesperson Janna was professional, kind and easy to work with. Her Manager, Ryan same! We had a couple of issues that needed attention and they were right on it and have assured us they continue to be there if anything comes up in the future...Highly recommend and would definitely buy again from the Roseville Enterprise Team.

Couldn't be better, my best car buying experience ever. My third car through Enterprise -- for good reason. The process is clean and clear, no hidden fees or surprises, no "handling" of the buyer, no bargaining. The cars are low to moderately low mileage and thoroughly checked out before being offered for re-sale. Their not being pre-owned by private parties but from Enterprise fleet of rentals is a major factor to me. My sales person, Jimmy, was perfect for me. He listened carefully to my needs and did lots of follow-up. I got the car I wanted!

Our experience as usual, was beyond exceptional, and very rewarding! We have experience with Enterprise Car Sales, several times over the years oh, and have never been disappointed... we decided it was time to trade in my wife's 2012 Impala, and we used that particular car, as down payment, on a very nice Hyundai Sonata!
