We’ve been to a few other Verizon locations around Rocklin and Roseville area last month and we came in on Monday 1/15 to this location and let me say, me and my husband were very impressed with how helpful they were compared to the other locations. Danielle A was amazing and very helpful. The way she broke it down for us and took the time to actually help us was great! I definitely recommend her and definitely appreciate her help!! I love my new iPhone15 pro max

Kayla was incredible. I feel I should have had to pay air fare for how out of the way she went for me. She knew I had to drive to Oregon with out a phone and made sure I was taken care of when I left. She even stayed late for me. Thank you Kayla! I’m forever grateful.

Kayla at the Rocklin Verizon store was great. She helped me choose a new device, found inventory at a other store and had it brought over. She did all the transferring of data, discussed options with me so I could get the best deal and was very friendly. We had a fun chat! It always takes a bit to upgrade, but she made the experience fun!

Yesterday I updated my phone and had another office switch out the sim card from the old phone to the new. Today, my new phone wasn't working so I stopped in to this office. Brooklyn was friendly, helpful, personable and efficient and fixed my phone in an expedient manner. She made sure everything was working before I left. (My new phone required an updated, 5G sim card). The other employee didn't even check to see if my phone was activated and connected with Verizon.

This dude, ROCKS! I thanked the Lord (seriously) that I came in when this man was working! I have had so many past problems getting a promotion applied to my bill, all to no avail, until today. Verizon is lucky to have Caleb working for them because I'm going to always ask to speak with him for any future business.

My experience with the Rocklin Verizon store was great. Shil, Cameron and Teo resolved an issue for me very quickly that was not being taken care of at the other store. Definitely recommend this location, very friendly and knowledgeable associates!

Caleb was AMAZING FRIENDLY & EFFICENT. I got locked out of my phone, changed my billing information and Caleb fixed it all. Now I have my auto pay set up and he made it easy for me to use.

I would like to thank Ryan, the Manager of the store for his excellent customer service! After a bad experience I had a few years back, I thought I would give this store a second chance and I’m glad I did! I broke my phone and had to get a new one and Ryan made it so easy for me, I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new phone and he helped me pick out a better plan! I highly recommend coming here to see Ryan! It’s definitely worth the wait!

The associate who helped me today was extremely helpful and courteous. The store is clean and organized, and most importantly, they get you in and out FAST. I didn’t have to wait on anything today :)

Felipe was AWSOME !! I am a over 60 gentleman with absolutely no understanding of phones, and even less interest in learning about them. But as they are a necessary grit evil I grit my teeth and went to get my wife a new phone. Felipe quickly realized who he was dealing with and made it VERY EASY and hooked us up with the perfect phone.
