The postal employee who has been there every time I have is a very professional and thoughtful and efficient agent. I cannot believe the previous reviews I am reading. It's sounds like a different place entirely. I have never had a bad experience ...I think my post office in Avon is great!

I have nothing but praise for the staff at my Avon post office. The ladies who run the facility are helpful and friendly. I direct most of my business and personal mail to my post office box. I have been a satisfied customer for nine years.

Gayle is the absolute best of all times! What an outstanding experience. Complicated order, early morning on a Saturday and she went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with!

No issue with this post office acept they don't do passports. For passport you have to goto avon lake post office.

I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.

Employees seem pleasant and helpful compared to other post offices I've visited. They usually have the postage denominations I want. I wish they had an after hours kiosk like Amherst's post office though.
