It's ok..
A couple of the employees are very rude, mean and disrespectful. The gas prices are good tho and they accept ebt. That's why I go there.

This place always seems to be dirty and poorly kept. Employees are not friendly and even rude.

I was charged $10.72 for a BAG for my snacks. For a BAG! I thought the guy said 10 CENTS! It was a separate transaction from my snacks so I know they weren't factored in

I went there and bought 2 cheddarwurst dogs which are normally my favorite but I don't think so anymore. I ate one went to throw the package away. The package read enjoy by 6:47pm and it was around 7:20pm when I ate it. I get home around 8:45pm and I got so sick 🤢 I had to eat crackers to try and feel better but I couldn't even lift my head off the pillow. It is now 4:40am the next day and I still don't feel right. But I also realized the the package had 4 different stickers layered over each other. So that tells me it has been sitting in the hatco for 12 or more hours. I'm not happy and I don't feel good.

I was a regular customer here, mainly because they have the best fuel prices and accept EBT cards. Unfortunately, they hired a new employee that has horrible customer service skills, is blatantly rude and completely disrespectful in such a manner that I have not given them my patronage in 6+ months. I have encouraged those that I know to take their business elsewhere as well. The savings on a gallon of fuel is not worth the risk of enduring the abuse of the creature behind the counter. It has the potential to ruin an entire morning/evening.

The guy at the counter tried to rip my kid and me off. We both had fountain drinks and bags of candy. When we put it on the counter he scaned them all then as I went to get my change one of the candys disappeared. I thought at first my kid took it he didn't. I looked at our reciept and we got charged for it. I questioned the guy and he had broken english and said there was no candy but I was like poining out to him yes there was it even shows up on the reciept. The guy kept acting stupid till I looked over the counter and there it was hiding behind the register. The dude gave me a dirty look and handed it too me. So he basicly tried to rip us off. Do not go to this location as I am sure this is not the first time this guy has tried to pull this off. Also the store was very dirty.

The sign on the door states correctly that masks are required, but zero of the people working here are masked and they are certainly not enforcing it for customers. Extremely irresponsible as covid numbers are currently higher than ever.

I was trying to refill my propane tank and the guy in service refused it with the excuse that his boss would have served a minimum of 3 gallons, willing to let me pay a price of 10 gallons propane for 5 libs.
Very bad!
