You three individuals are truly amazing. Communication with me being honest. First time buying a truck with you guys but most definitely not the last time. I love my 2022 Ram 1500. It's better and better everyday I drive it. 10/10 will recommend to family and friends.

We worked with both Jeff's.. Jeff in sales was so very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood in the beginning that we doing research to try to find the right truck for us and he was not pushy at all he was a pleasure to work with. Jeff is finance was also great to work with he walked us through the whole process and was so easy to talk to he made it easy to ask any questions.. in the end we were very happy with our experience here and very happy with our new truck!

I went in on black Friday with my wife to check out a new 2500 diesel and found one that I was happy with but the amount of the truck was more than I was willing to pay for a 2024 model but Carlos Mejia showed be a much more fully loaded 2500 in 2023 that I absolutely loved. The pice was better than I wanted and I got all the things I wanted in the price of the truck. Thanks to Carlos and Jeff Kissiar I got a much better truck than I went in for and in a price much better than expected. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Came in for a recall item and Kolin was fantastic. He did everything he could to accommodate my need and had the recall repair completed within 3 hrs. He kept my informed throughout the morning and his time to complete estimate was spot on.

I had to take my car into the dealer for a recall repair and I had excellent service from beginning to end. Brenda was the service Rep. and she was very courteous and professional. Prompt service! It only took 2 days, as expected. Thank you Brenda for such a pleasant experience.

First off definitely the spot to be for your jeep. Had to do my oil change and Daniel was amazing super helpful, even took his time to do another quote for me while my car was getting the oil change. And was also kind enough to get me a lift to pick up my car. Makes me feel at ease for my next visit. Ty!

My advisor, John, was great!!!! Updated me regarding my vehicle, and had the job completed in a timely manner just as promised. I did not feel nicked and dined for services. Staff was all very friendly. Will definitely be bringing my jeep back in for services.

I inherited my grandfather’s Jeep Cherokee Sport, and to register it had to get a recalled fixed. I called the other Jeep dealers and it was a 2 month wait. AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Roseville took care of me! Not only did they have what was needed for the recall, but they booked me for the following week. They took care of me upon check in and even provided an Uber for me to get home (a short distance away). The vehicle was finished the next day. my service advisor was very helpful. The shop was very busy and he kept me updated promptly. i have tried three other jeep dealerships in the area and AutoNation in Roseville will be my go to shop. it has worked the best for me at this point. I highly recommend this dealership service department and their service advisor John Avitia. He was the best!

Jeff in finance was professional and didn’t waste time, got me out the door as efficiently and quickly as he could. Went in on Thursday for a scheduled oil change and the tech found an oil leak and they said they could have it fixed by the next day which they did and I was so thankful because being without a vehicle for a long period of time is a struggle in it’s self. I am so thankful for my amazing service advisor Daniel on making this process easy and fast so that I could have my Jeep back in a timely manner :)

A world of difference from the pervious dealer we were at. We didn't make an appointment here and they took care of us.

George and Tiffany were the two who helped my wife and I get our new Chrysler Pacifica. We had our 2 toddlers which was a little challenging for us, but George was very accommodating and understanding. The process took a few hours and they worked with us to get a great price and a good rate.

Tiffany (the finance manager) was great to work with - super funny and down to earth.

Dropped off for normal recalls and scheduled service. They were a little busy at drop off but got me through pretty quickly. Received text updates throughout the day and vehicle was ready when promised. All repairs were completed.

I had a backup camera installed for my adventure Camper put on my 2023 Ram 1 ton pickup truck. They installed the camera kit and it would not work. The parts department was on the phone for hours and days trying to find out what the problem was. They worked really hard to find out what was wrong and they were very nice through the whole ordeal. It took 2 months and the parts department was finally given the right parts and instructions on how to make the backup camera work. I appreciate all the hard work the employees and auto mechanics did to get my backup camera to work on my camper.

a hose broke on my transmission to my Dodge 2500 ram while I was going up Highway 80. I lost all my transmission fluid at the top of the hill and coasted down to a stop. I called AAA and they took me to Chrysler Dodge in Roseville. Brenda was wonderful. She got us right in since we were on our way to Idaho and it was fixed the same day! I could not be happier with the way we were treated by Chrysler Dodge in Roseville. I was so worried that I’d have to buy a new transmission, but they were able to fix the hose and fill it with fluid and I was on my way home.

I travel full-time in my RV and have been in many different areas/states. AutoNation is in my top 3 of places to get my Dodge Ram Promaster serviced. Brenda was excellent with service and communication. I highly recommend the service department here.
