John was easy to deal with, stating exactly what needed to be done to my tile roof. He was right on and Moses, who did the work was an exceptional roofer. Good, competent and hard-working. I’d recommend Karakas for your roofing needs.

He was able to detect what was causing an unusual runoff from our roof. His roofer was very professional, showed up when he said we would, took pictures of the problem and repair. Our son who is a superintendent on major commercial construction projects told us his estimate was very fair. We have more to do later and will absolutely use him again. We would highly recommend him.

These guys were great! Called me right back (only roofer in the area that actually called me back!) and were out there the next day to take a look at my leak. Did some temporary repairs that day to get us through the next storm. Were out the next break in weather and knocked out the repairs permanently. Highly recommend!
