Been Working with this company for half a year now and I can honestly say Ive had one of the best experiences in my life working for this company.
This is the most honest company that never lies about anything wheather its break downs or ELD's. We have alot of good relationships with brokers and tend to keep it that way. Honesty and Integrity are our biggest goals and so far I can say we do a pretty good job at it. Drivers always compliment the boss Vlad for his honesty and understanding and me as a dispatcher I do the same.

This company picked up a load gave updates and the night before the load delivered said that they were good for on time delivery. The morning of 1.5 hour after the appointment the driver is still 300 miles away and has to do a 34 hr reset. They were surprised there was an issue with this and the dispatch himself actually said "I can't believe you are mad at us for running out of hours" If you want your freight run effectively avoid booking this company because apparently knowing hours of service is not taught here and it is not a big deal if they miss delivery appointments due to HOS and also don't care about missing it. They are also then surprised when the delivery is pushed out because they no call no showed the appointment. Bad service don't trust them.

We’re not merely hitting the standards, we’re building on them." I've worked at this company for approx 3 years. I've been yelled at, I've been cursed at, I've been mistreated, and I've been robbed. All this was done by Vladimir, the ceo. Although the assistant, Neli was fantastic, I think you should think twice about this joining this company and ask a lot of questions and get the responses on paper. So there's no misleading scenarios and misunderstandings along the way.
