Great fitness studio! I’ve been a member for about 4 years and enjoy all the different Les Mills classes offered (and a few extras).
The instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and provide different levels for your workout. Highly recommend over a big gym.

The instructors are awesome, knowledgeable, and provide different level options in every class. The members and instructors are welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and make it fun to work out! Group Effect Fitness Studio is a fantastic place to workout! The variety of classes and times available are perfect for anyone needing flexibility with their schedules each week. The instructors greet me by name and are always welcoming. There is a class for everyone - from yoga to body combat. You will leave this gym feeling relaxed and rejuvenated (yoga) or bada$$ like you can conquer the world (body combat). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a group class atmosphere that is always friendly and supportive!

If you love group classes, this is your gym! It offers a variety of workouts weights, cardio, yoga and Barre. All the instructors are phenomenal! Very encouraging and energetic! Classes can be modified to fit all fitness levels. The other bonus is the wonderful people who workout here. Can’t find a better place to workout!!

The fitness center for EVERYONE! All levels, all ages! If you're that person who is a bit intimidated about starting a work out routine, I can't recommend Group Effect enough. From the staff, the fitness classes offered and the people who work out here, you will have the absolute best experience.

I am grateful to be a member at the Group Effect Fitness Studio. The instructors and members are welcoming and never made me feel like an outsider when I first joined. I loved the classes so much that it inspired me to become an instructor for Les Mills! (Les Mills are the classes taught at the gym). There are great procedures in place right now for COVID-19 that make me feel comfortable being inside at a gym (such as wearing masks to enter/exit studio, disinfectant bottles in each spot to clean equipment before and after classes, etc). I love our gym community, and highly recommend the studio to others :)

To say the Group Effect has changed my life would be an understatement. Not only do they offer amazing workouts for people of all skill levels and offer options for those with injuries, it’s full of amazing instructors and members. I’ve yet to meet one person there who wasn’t incredibly friendly and supportive. They offer amazing challenges that have helped me get closer to my fitness goals and offer both in-person and online classes, all at a low membership cost.

My favorite Les Mills classes offered all under one roof! Encouraging, energetic staff help you with making your fitness goals! Love this fit family! Multiple class times throughout the day lets you choose with your busy schedule! Very conscientious about keeping the studio and equipment clean!!

This fitness studio is absolutely the BEST!!!! All of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and care deeply about everyone in their class! The workouts are killer and so much fun! With many options to choose, from yoga to HIIT, everyone can find something!

I feel like I have been to many Roseville gyms. This is by far my favorite for group fitness classes. They are a super supportive group with a focus on YOU as a member. They want you to be the best version of yourself. There are a variety of classes to fit what you like and I have been a member for over 2 years now. Highly recommend!

I love how everyone is welcome, every fitness level welcome, and there’s a wide variety of classes. The price point is reasonable and the owner, Kate, is phenomenal. I can’t say enough about how much I love the studio.
