I started looking for alternative auto insurance options through the Dave Ramsey program. Jeff reached out to me within the next day and helped me find more affordable auto insurance options with better coverage. Not only that, he also helped us get renters insurance alongside auto insurance, while still being cheaper than my previous auto insurance policy.

I've always been the type to shop for the best insurance prices on my own but after my experience with Brandon and Pacific Unity, I think I may be a convert. From day one Brandon was very attentive and responsive to all of my needs and requests. He fielded numerous calls and email replies from me and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. In the end, he handled all of the price shopping, signing and even cancelling of two home, auto and an umbrella policy for my family. I seriously did nothing but provide information via email and e-signed a few documents. Brandon saved my family hundreds off of premiums and even got us more coverage on some of the policies at the same time. Amazing. Don't hesitate to give Brandon and Pacific Unity a call.

I was looking for better/cheaper car insurance and went on Dave Ramsey’s local provider website. Very quickly got an appointment and got a quote for Pacific Unity Insurance the next day. Because of recent wildfires, many of my area neighbors were not being renewed for homeowners insurance from the same company I was insured with. Knowing that I would probably be next for "non-renewal", I called Jeff at Pacific Unity. He was able to find several companies who would write in my area and we went with his recommendation. He specifically had the Underwriter check our area for absolute approval. He brought us to a lesser known but still an A rated company that doesn't have me paying for 100 expensive TV commercials a day!
Jeff wrote policies for all our insurance needs and saved us a WHOPPING $1600.00 a year! And we also got better coverage than our previous, old policy. Jeff also takes the time to educate you on proper products that are right for you.

Very impressed with Sam Easterly in working to get us the various insurance coverages we were looking for at a very good price. Since then we have had a claim to replace our windshield. The customer service he and his staff provided was impressive to say the least. They even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Also, Safelite was the company they used to replace our windshield here in Phoenix. They were very impressive as well. Thumbs up!!

Chris has been so wonderful to work with. He has given me quotes for other companies that had the same coverage but cheaper. Ultimately I decided I’d stay with the same company because I trusted them. He also helped my find someone reasonable to help fill a chip in my windshield so I wouldn’t have to go through insurance and risk raising rates. I highly recommend Pacific Unity Insurance.

We love Pacific Unity! My husband and I were trying to get insurance quotes for our auto and rental and neither of us realized how overwhelming it could all be, dealing with different agents and fielding phone calls left and right with offers; we finally decided to reach out to a family friend, Zane, and he made the process instantly and absolutely easier. We were able to let go of the wheel, so to speak, and let the team at Pacific Unity take over for us. I have been insured with Pacific Unity Insurance since I bought my first car in 2017. Alexis has been so helpful over the entire course of my relationship with their company! I am new to Pacific Unity Insurance but in my area it is difficult to get home insurance due to the California fires. We moved out of the high fire zone recently and into a smaller retirement community and I was surprised to be turned down by multiple comapanies since we no longer have four acres of trees and now live on a lake. I began to search for a broker to help me and found Brandon Hayes. He was kind and professional and worked hard through over 30+ companies to find us a good insurance. Although I hope to never need the insurance I feel I have a quality company and a quality representitive.

I worked with Mark, and although I did not wind up using this company for my insurance needs, it was not because of their service. He is always reviewing our home and auto policies to ensure that we are with the best carrier. Brian was unbelievable! I set up an online appt. for 7:30am the night before and he was very responsive. I needed business insurance ASAP to secure a clients request.
