Excellent customer service and a great staff team that works there. I truly appreciate all of them for working with my crazy schedule. But a thing to be mindful of, is to first ask what's the doctor schedule is. There are several dentists in this building and sometimes their schedule conflicts with yours as they don't work there every day. But other than that,they fixed my situation. I appreciate them truly

I had pain all over my head for the last few days and couldn’t sleep. Sunday morning @ 4am, i was able to book a same day appointment @ 11am. Showed up @ 10am and got me in a chair within 10 minutes. They were able to extract my infected teeth quickly. All the employees were so helpful and made sure every step, every minute that I was comfortable. Picking meds was super easy. They make you go to the most convenient location with the cheapest prices along with a discount card they provided me. Will go to this location again for sure. The dental doctor there got jokes!

The staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the assistant and the dentist everyone treated me with total respect. I will continue to use this as my regular dentist.

I came in on New Year's Eve (a Sunday) at night with a failed root canal done elsewhere and was absolutely miserable. The dentist recommended I go to an endodontist to re-do the root canal to save the tooth. But I'm pregnant and was absolutely over it after weeks and weeks of pain that had gotten worse that day. I requested they extract the tooth instead. Although the front desk lady was extremely condescending and snotty and tried to talk me out of it and tried to talk my husband out of letting me get it extracted, the dentist was absolutely amazing. I've never seen a dentist extract a tooth so beautifully, I would have thought she's an oral surgeon. She was respectful of my choice and nicely told me my options to replace the tooth. When she was finished and cleaning me up, I was appalled to hear the front desk lady coming up to the dentist and telling her she was wrong about a different patient and talking down to her. The dentist was very professional and didn't engage in how unprofessional the front desk lady was being but I was SO surprised to hear how disrespectful she was being to a doctor.
I didn't deduct a star for the way the front desk woman was acting because the dentist was so incredible, but it is worth noting. And I don't regret the extraction. :)

Without insurance it was $95 to examine the one area and then it was $460 to pull the tooth for anyone wondering.

First the receptionist she is amazing and will tell you the real deal and not like most other dentists offices. The dental assistant there both very friendly and knowledgeable in there field of work thank you for that. And last the dentist was real friendly and able to communicate what I needed and when and how etc. I would recommend this place 100% Thanks for the care!

Loved the staff and how fast they worked. Had my tooth extracted in under 45 minutes. Hopefully I won't have to go back there. But if I need to, I would gladly come back!

I will not use anyone else. Dr. Liu and her staff are amazing. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Every time I have been there it has been a good experience.

I was in a lot of pain with a tooth that needed extracting. You know how it is...your regular dentist can't see you for months. I had an appt at the Emergency Dental Care within 12 hours. They were kind, understanding, compassionate, and fast! Project completed! I appreciated them very much!

It was a good experience and I felt that everyone treated me well and knew what they were doing. It was very fast as well. I will definitely recommend

They had me in and the tooth pulled in under 3 hours and price was reasonable as far as dental prices go. I would definitely go here again if I had an emergency

Friendly staff, short wait time with an online appointment, not too expensive. Dr. Nguyen explained things well and worked carefully. Can't complain about the experience and I'm in less pain already.

No one wants emergency dental work, but it’s good to know they’re there when you need them.
I had an emergency wisdom tooth removal yesterday, everyone in the office was very compassionate and professional. I’m grateful that they were there and that the doctor was able to remove a very deep and problematic tooth.

They were very friendly and professional. I had two extractions and was in and out in under an hour. Considering the reason I was there, it was a very comfortable experience. I recommend them highly!

Thank you Dr Nguyen & staff for the help you provided me today. I've been in so much pain since my procedure on Monday. I figured it was normal healing pain, but that was not the case. After my tooth extraction (another location) I began to have increased pain & swelling. Being the Holiday weekend my provider wasn't available. I thankfully for Emergency Dental Care USA...Truly heaven sent. After x-rays & quick exam we learned I have a dry socket + a perforated sinus probably from the pull. The team got me in quick, cleaned out the socket, and filled hole with a paste to encourage healing. Again, I'm so grateful for this team and there caring nature. ❤ is always God Bless you & the team.

They stay open till 9pm 7 days a week so I was able to take care of the problem after work and speaking of the problem I was diagnosed and treated with in 1 hour after getting there. I needed a tooth pulled and it literally only took the dentist 10 mins to pull it. I was very happy with my experience

My mother needed emergency care for a chipped tooth. Her care at Emergency Dental Care USA exceeded our expectations. Their team made her visit fun plus they fixed her problem quickly and they were affordable.

My veneer popped off Sunday afternoon, the day before I was leaving on vacation. They were able to get me in and temporarily glue it back on. Everyone was very nice and professional. Also, very kind with the fee. Thank you!!

words cannot describe how grateful i am to dr. nguyen and his wonderful staff. i came because i had severe tooth pain and not only was i listened to, but they never shamed me or made me feel bad. moreover, they offered me a free tooth extraction that very hour! they were all so kind and this is a place i would highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency dental care but is scared :)
