The Discount Store - Citrus Heights, CA

The Discount Store is huge with unbelievable prices y'all. This is my first time here and the variety of items was just as beautiful. What I enjoyed about this store was the amount of items made for all at affordable prices.

The quality of furniture, appliances, clothes, toys, personal items and more are ready to buy in one store and can be purchased in bulk. The customer service was outstanding. Come down and check them out; off of Auburn in Citrus Heights.

This place was so awesome!! They have so many cool items at amazing prices. All target and other products and nearly half or less the cost! I think I’ll be coming from Chico more often for this store. The manager and staff there have amazing customer service ! I don’t leave reviews but when you have that experience you have to!

We came here for a treasure hunt. This place is full of surprises. We got a large section rug ( 6.6 x 9 ft ) for only $24. It was a Costo return. We were very pleased with this new find. We will definitely shop again.

02/24/2024 Lonnie the store manager and staff were very attentive and able to help me obtain a Tiffny sleeper/recliner. It was very busy but they were able to handle everyone with respect and smiles on their faces. I'm glad I dropped in and will definately will be a repeat customer!

Shipping center is no very busy so there plenty of parking. Great place to peruse weekly to check out new stuff. Staff was super friendly. There's a lot of beat up boxes but it's deals make up for it. Got a raffle win today was treated to an even bigger deal. Thanks!

I went to the store in Dixon, but I will be going to the one in citrus heights as well. I think it will be my new addiction. I got great patio umbrellas for $47 a piece. I love a good bargain, especially when I'm looking for something specific. My mom got a little garden box for $15. I'm sure I would have picked out more but I had limited shopping time. I will be back, and a plus for me was the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful.

This place always has quality items at an extremely low price. I also love when they have the spin wheel out. Then it’s sales on top of sales. This place is definitely a treasure during these times.

This is a very good store to shop at. You know when you find a great store that has everything, at great prices. Well this is the store you need to check out. From tile flooring to couches. Cloths and shoes. Toys and things for kitchen.

I found the perfect tabletop snow flocked Christmas trees all I had to do is add a red bow for a final touch and also received a discount on top of the already low price. I will diffently recommend this place to others.

Today this store came up as an advertisement on Facebook. Prior to that I had not heard of this store but the photos that were included in the ad made me curious enough to come check out the the store for myself. I must say in my mind I thought the pictures would be misleading making the store look like it had inventory that actually it did not have. I went to the store that is in Citrus Heights and I must say the photos that was generated with the ad must have been from this store because it looked exactly like the photos. I am a person that appreciate good deals but I will pass up a good deal if I was misled in order to come to a particular establishment.

I must tip my hat off to those that are responsible for this store. The photos were not misleading nor was the description along with the ads. I understand merchandise changes from minute to minute based on what gets purchased. So were there a couple of big items that were no longer in the store? Of course there was and if ev erything was still there as it was in the photos that would mean that either nobody is shopping there or either people or coming and looking around but not buying. For me the fact that some items particularly in the furniture section were no longer there but you can see that they once were meant that people are buying at this store not and not just walking in looking around. In my mind that's a good thing because it means that other people find the store of value.

So did I walk in and just look around? No, I looked around but I also purchased quite a few things. I am one that don't rank or rate stores because I think that's subjective in the sense that if I find everything that I want I'm going to give it a 10 even though the other nine people that came in after me didn't find anything they'll give it a zero. I will just say that the store is not misleading. Staff that was there today was not intrusive because I like customer service but I do not like when someone continues to come up to me and ask me how am I doing or if I found what I'm looking for. I just like to look and when I need assistance I will ask. There were no interruptions in my browsing the store except everyone that worked there that made eye contact with me gave me a nice greeting and that was all I needed.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I can't even sit in my car and think of something negative to say because there was absolutely nothing negative about my experience knowing that I was going to a discount store that inventory constantly changes therefore my expectations need to be realistic that I can't go there and buy everything I need for my home but I can go there and find some great bargains which I did.

Went in w my mom needing a new fridge. 1 left half off n they still gave her a discount. N she bought me a new air conditioner for a bedroom.! We rebuilt after a fire and need alot. The staff and the variety and the fact the discount store gave us discounts is truly awesome. Sending alot of people in town that rebuild here! everything ya need and it always changes 4 the better . Here we fire survivors can afford it.

I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the level of customer service I received last week. My wife and I bought a few things, including a huge rug. The price-and quality was fantastic, so, of course, we are happy about that. Brian the GM even allowed us to pick it up a few days later, which we are grateful about. But what stood out for me in particular was how helpful EACH of the employees we encountered were, especially Brian. Despite being fairly busy, they answered our questions politely, They pointed us to where things we were looking for might be. Okay, maybe that's what ought to happen. But what stood out is that the staff left us feeling that our little money was appreciated, us coming there to shop. That attitude was just so refreshing. We were referred to your store by a relative, who said pretty much the same thing; you now have us as return customers! Wishing you all much success. Wow! First time shopper today, they have an amazing selection, I spent over $500 and my wife calculated our savings and it was around $1600! Holy cow! They said they also get new stuff in weekly so we will definitely be back! I cannot believe I haven’t heard of this place before. Thank you guys for creating my wife’s new addiction lol

It was great visiting a store that had discounted items. From toys to clothes and furniture.

We love this place! We’ve recommended this store to all of our family and friends. We now come here first before going to other stores like Target or Home Depot. The staff are always friendly and the deals are pretty good. Great place to go if you’re a new home owner needing inexpensive decor or looking for larger home renovation items like flooring or vanities. They receive new inventory daily which makes it tempting to go everyday but that’s too dangerous for my wallet.

I stopped by to see what new items they had and was hoping to get a few toilets for a rental I was remodelling. Found 2 toilets that were a bit too pricey for my rental so I was on my way out when I got approached by Brian. He asked me if I didn’t find what I needed and I told him that it was just not what I wanted to spend for a rental home. He ended up offering me a bit of a discount on the toilets if I wanted them but later showed me another 2 toilets that were just brought out on the floor for an even better price. I saved $180 and walked out a happy customer. This was not my first interaction with Brian and I appreciate that he cares about his customers. Will definitely be stopping by to look at some lighting fixtures and fans soon.
