I have had State Farm Insurance for over 30 years and have always received amazing service! When my original Agent retired I had the option to select a new Agent to assist me. Stephanie Bader came highly recommended and has always provided excellent service. She is extremely honest and has no problem advising you if another company can offer a better rate. Although you can possibly find better rates you will be hard pressed to find better service. Her service and honesty is greatly appreciated and she has earned my business for life. We even refer friends, family, and clients. Stephanie's staff is always helpful and available to answer questions whenever needed. Kara has assisted us multiple times and has always been helpful and professional!!

When I first spoke to Stephanie she told me she could provide a better policy for less than the insurance I was carrying at the time. She delivered and I've been very happy since! Her staff is the best! I've had several interactions with customer service rep Kara Wilson who is always friendly, professional and efficient. She is truly an asset to this already stellar team. I'll be sticking with this agent and her team from now on!!

Maria has been amazing in getting us the coverage that we need, bundling our insurances and saving us money. She is very quick to respond to any communication and made the process of getting our insurances organized easy and painless. My husband and I had different insurances and disagreed as to what process was best in combining our policies into one after we were married. I found Stephanie from State Farm in a letter I received in the mail. I had AAA insurance for quite sometime but they raised my insurance so I figured I would look for a better deal. I called Stephanie and she found me a better rate and decided to add renters insurance and I am still saving more money!

She is very friendly and helpful with all my questions and she is very dog friendly as I have a Pug and she wanted pictures of him. She has a lot of pictures of dogs from clients.

I also just recently in an accident and she was very helpful. She recommended a body shop and her assistant Kara sent me an SR1 form to fill out and send to the D.M.V. which I knew nothing about and told me to give her a call if I needed any help!

So I highly recommend Stephanie Bader as she has been very helpful and saving me a lot more money on my insurance!!

I recently had the pleasure to establish my State Farm insurance with Stephanie. Maria was my first contact and helped me through the process of getting our policies switched over . She immediately made us feel as though we’d been with them for a long time. All went well and we are now happy campers. Trust. them!

Absolutely the BEST insurance agent and office I've ever had.  Stephanie and her staff have always been available when I've called or stopped by with a question.  When I was in a car accident she walked me through the process and even followed up to see how I was doing.  You don't feel like a customer, you feel like a friend when talking to her.  I recently forgot to update my credit card information and Kara was very helpful with getting it straightened out.

My wife and I were seeking a new insurance carrier for auto, home, etc. and received an email from Maria Alfaro a Financial Services Rep at Stephanie Bader's State Farm office. We contacted Maria for a quote and upon reviewing that quote decided to switch our business to State Farm. We visited Maria at their office and she led us very professionally through the completion of the paper work to initiate our auto, home and umbrella insurance plans. Maria is informed, polite and very efficient and it was a pleasure doing business with her. Stephanie Bader the Agent at the office called us some days later welcoming us to the State Farm family. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The few times I have been at this State Farm facility, I have been shown nothing but kindness, respect, and generosity from all of the employees. Kara Wilson, is the main reason I have transferred insurance companies for the following reasons, she is the one who had informed me of State Farm, saving money by bundling my auto and renters policies, and making the insurance policy set up very feasible, easy going, and quick. By far the best part of going into Stephanie Bader’s office is being greeted by the two most beautiful, amazing, affectionate, and very loving golden retrievers.

I had such a great experience over at Stephanie’s office, when I first walked in the environment felt inviting and cozy. Everyone there was professional and courteous, by answering all my questions quickly. By suggesting options based on my needs, that I didn’t even know were available to me. Stephanie Bader and Nicole Schweickert consulted with me on how I could get a discount. By adding a life insurance policy it saved me money on my car insurance. All and all a great experience.

Kara has always been extremely helpful. They even sent us a card when we lost our 15yr old Golden retriever. So glad we made the switch. Wish we would have done it a long time ago.
