Tony and his staff are simply amazing! I am such a picky person and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when any other dealership would have said take it or leave it. The process was fast and painless and he ever bought my daughter dinner and had his worker go pick it up and bring it back, because she got hungry while we were there. Such an amazing family business. Out of al the dealerships I have bought a vehicle from this is hands down my favorite.

Stopped by here to check out a Ford Escape. I didn't end up purchasing the car as I decided to go with another model, but my experience was very pleasant. It's a small, family owned dealership, but the man who helped me out, Joe, gave me a great no-nonsense experience, which I strongly appreciate. Small selection of cars but all in good condition, if I had decided to go with the Ford I would have had no qualms purchasing from here.

They are good people, I bought a car from them and received great customer service, plus Tony worked with me and kept his word on fixing a minor issue with the car. Overall I am pleased with the service and glad no made the choice to come to this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Great people who take care of there customers! Its a family run place and they make you feel welcome and comfortable! I had an issue and they didnt hesitate at all in telling me to bring it to them and help me! five star would recommend to anyone buying a car.

After searching for cars on the internet for weeks, I found the one I thought I wanted. Tony was very patient with me about test driving and answering questions. Because I needed help financing the car he worked with my bank to make the sale smooth. When I discovered two bulbs (headlight, foglight) burned out he took care of the problem. (Aside: He should have discovered the problem before I did, but all’s well in the end.). Overall I had a great experience and trusted Tony completely. I’m comfortable if I need to call him with a problem. He even paid for a three month warranty on the car for me. Thanks for making a used car buying experience tolerable.

Ok, I'll make it clear and simple. This is a small dealership so there will be a few factors that will come into play when buying a vehicle here.
This is a family owned business and you have to be patient since they lack services compared to a high renown dealership such as Honda/Toyota etc.. There are only three people working there.
1. Customer service: 3/5. They will not give you an update unless you bug them 2x per day. The main salesman (Tony) has not accustom to report potential buyer of the vehicle of any updates. My advice is to call them twice per day or one time in the afternoon.
From my experience, of a 7 day period, I called 13 times while he contacted me 3-4 times. Keep in mind they do get busy.
2. When speaking about the history of the vehicle, it is best to talk to Mike (owner) as he will tell you the specifics of the vehicle and if any issues it has or missing. Tony will advise you of the vehicle however, he will leave out information. ( He has a history of doing this ....). From my experience, I drove 3 hours to find out the car had problems. Fortunately, they had a second vehicle of the same model.
3. Prices are fair and negotiable.
4. They are great people but the lack of communication, and information set me a 2/5 satisfaction but I'll leave it 3 stars for now.

The car we got was pretty new so we didn't expect any really bad issues with this. The only issue we had was a big delay in the delivery of the tags and registration, which when we called the manager we were told to call our local postal office because they were coming from the DMV. We did not, however somehow they showed up UPS from the dealership, not the DMV after my husband called again. Also be aware of surprise charges from the financial bank Westlake because I noticed that when signing the paperwork it had a charge of $500 which took alot of talking to finally get to the truth of the matter. Apparently the bank charges them $500 and instead they wrote it in the bill of sale instead of paying it, (We have excellent credit btw) and we ended up splitting it to save the deal. They were not upcoming with the charge so I would say be careful but, all in all the car was a great deal and we were happy with the car! Also they tried very hard to make it up so I had to give them good stars for that, but I am honestly not going to lie because of their behavior to do what they should do in the 1st place. I'm glad we got our tags 2 months later and we did get pulled over because of it, so just be careful and make sure everything is accurate as promised.

I’m giving them two stars instead of one only because at least Joe tried to fix the problem. I was told by Tony that there was a new Subaru Outback on the lot so I did the whole pre-approval and got hit with the inquires. I was ok with that because I got approved and was ready to buy this Outback. Conveniently enough, it goes to the mechanics the day I’m there and come to find out the head gaskets are bad. They apologized but apologies don’t bring back my time and gas I wasted driving a little over 2 1/2 hours to pick up a car that wasn’t checked by a mechanic before pre-approving me. They were cool people but being cool doesn’t cut it all the way when my time was wasted.
Tips for the future:
1. Make sure the vehicle is checked by a mechanic before making deals with a customer (credit checks hurt).
2. Update the customer asap about anything concerning the vehicle.
3. UPDATE your website (big one).

Had drove 2 hours to see a vehicle and was informed by Tony the day before that someone would be there to meet me. Well I was stood up and only after 2 hours did I get a response but I was already gone. This dealership does not do good business wouldn’t recommend!
