One Stop Dentistry

Dr. Norooz is wonderful! I’ve been there twice now and plan on continuing with his office for all future dental work. This is because of how comfortable and informed I feel while in his office with his team. On both visits they’ve been extremely friendly, attentive, and informative. Dr. Norooz explains everything so well which has me leaving my appointments feeling more educated in my own dental health. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but I don’t so much anymore. Couldn’t recommend this office enough!

I have had a tremendous fear of dentists since I was a kid and had a HORRIBLE experience at the dentist. Dr. Norooz and his staff are extremely kind, patient, and understanding. The option for sedation is incredible for someone like me who doesn't really like to be at the dentist. It had been a number of years between dentist appointments for me, and Dr. Norooz did an amazing job fixing all my problems in a single visit with a single sedation. And even better, when I woke up and the Novocain wore off, I had zero pain, and no sensitivity with my teeth anymore.
I highly recommend Dr. Norooz and his team of amazing professionals. They are THE BEST!

Amazing dentist & staff! Wait times are nearly non-existent! Always an upbeat atmosphere! Dr Norooz is always taking classes & is up on the latest in dentistry. He did my veneers years ago - not only are they beautiful but they've lasted! The office staff are knowledgeable as well as personable! And Dr Norooz has the most fun, pleasant personality... it is ALWAYS a joy to see him!

The dentist isn't on everyone's list of exciting places to visit BUT Dr. Norooz and his team are pure magic!!! I have severe(really severe) dental anxiety and they are so patient, walked me through everything step by step so I knew what was happening and explained the 'why' behind treatment needed and my options. Dr. Norooz was beyond gentle..literally I felt nothing..its the first time I haven't cried or ended up needing nitrous because I'm so anxious and scared. My mouth isn't sore, they saved my tooth(and im pain free) and I'm confident that my next visit will be my first dentist visit ever with a smile on my face as I walk in because I already know how safe and cared for I will be. Thankful for that gift of relief so i can stay on top of my dental care without fear!! Dr Norootz is the best I have been to. His whole crew is amazing. I don’t do dentists but I am amazed that I am able to feel comfortable enough for Dr Norootz to fix my teeth. His work and caring are amazing AND HE IS TRUELY a ONE STOP DENTIST.

Dr. Norooz and his team are second to none! I came to his office because I needed to be sedated to have a tooth pulled and his office does sedation... or so I thought...

My previous experiences with dentists have led me to believe that I am difficult if not impossible to numb. I also was so stressed out by the thought of another dental visit that I just wanted my tooth taken out so I could be done with it!

I showed up to his office for the preliminary exam on edge with all the thoughts of how this could go wrong. Dr. Norooz has a very calm and kind demeanor and between that and his knowledge of dentistry, through our conversation he set my mind at ease and even talked me out of having my perfectly savable tooth pulled and to instead go for a root canal. This was in light of his experience where he expressed that I might not even need to be sedated because he thought it very possible he would be able to numb me.

Upon the day of my root canal I showed up wanting to try without sedation but he left that option on the table just in case. Dr. Norooz was able to numb me very effectively. The only pain I experienced was the initial needle poke! He was even so conscious of pain reduction that he used a technique to reduce the pain of the anesthetic injection as well!

Without a doubt this is the place to go! The rest of the staff is also very kind. I felt very comfortable given the circumstances and I know you will too!

I have horrible anxiety regarding going to the dentist. I was referred by my dentist to go here. From my first phone call to my actual appt where I was sedated it was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member was so kind Dr. Norooz was absolutely amazing and made me feel at ease as soon as he walked in for my consult. I could t have had a better experience. He even called in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. I’ve never had that happen before and it was so nice.

Our family highly recommends One Stop Dentistry! They gladly took on the challenge of performing x-rays and cleaning for our daughter that has autism. She is extremely afraid to have anyone touch her. Dr. Norooz did an amazing job with our daughter. He sedated her just enough to perform all that needed to be done. We were so happy with the overall experience. We will definitely continue to go to One Stop Dentistry.

It's hard to say one "enjoys" going to a dentist. :-) Still, as it is a necessity of life, we go. I really like all the staff and Dr. Norooz as well. The dental work is top notch. And the whole atmosphere of the office is kind of homey. You feel like the people who work there enjoy each other and their work, and they make you feel welcome. I had a tooth pulled and an implant. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Dr. Nooroz and his staff are the best in the field. I have never had a better, more caring, or comfortable visit to the dentist. His team is amazing! They cured my daughter's fear of dentists with kindness and care. I would recommend them without reservation!

Dr. Norooz is by far my favorite Dentist I have ever hired. I was a customer of his for many, many years. I was very disappointed to have to seek care from another dentist in Tacoma. I am not going to bash Denise in this review. But, I feel it is very important to mention that I chose to seek care elsewhere after my last interaction with her. She made me feel very, very uncomfortable. I wish the good doctor all the best.

I've been looking for a dentist office that does more than just a cleaning then refers everything else out. This office does everything in house! That saves time and money. Dr. N is very skilled, knowledgeable, personable and nice. His staff is top notch, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. I'm so glad I found them!

I have always had a fear of Dentist and those days are gone. Dr. Norooz and his Staff, throughout their extremely kind, compassion and informative explanations, have given me a "New sense of Confidence". I wish I had met them years earlier. Dr. Norooz is very observant and attentive to Patient's pain or discomfort. He truly cares and he is very genuine. I actually enjoy going to the Dentist now (Oh my, I never thought those words would come out of my mouth regarding Dental procedures).

My experience with dentist wasn't very favorable,then I met Dr Nooroz and his staff. I was always taken care of and I being fearful of needles and just the sounds that surrounded the treatments, I was always reassured that it'll be okay. Dr Nooroz and his staff always explained everything prior to a procedure and was not evasive or demanding. My 2 yr treatment plan was awesome. If missed an appointment they made sure to check with me and reschedule. If I went beyond my scheduled adjustment for my braces, Dr Nooroz definitely made sure I new the importance of keeping those adjustment appointments to ensure the success of my treatment plan. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone in a heartbeat.

I am a patient for the past few years. Dr. Norooz has done fillings, bone/implants. I needed four implant had two done. One had to have bone added. Everything went well no infection. Most important is to do the aftercare exactly how the doctor prescribe. I previously have seen other dentist who could not do all and any procedure I need. That meant I had see different dentist. Dr. Norooz "One Stop Dentistry exactly that, He does everything and a very good job. All staff are friendly and professional. Everyone make you feel at home. People have complaint about his price. He is worth it and sometime more. I and my daughter are patient have recommend others to him. Keep up the good work Dr. Norooz and staff.

Dr Norooz and his staff are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them and I have been going to this clinic for over 8 years. I trust him to care for me and my family.

The level of customer service provider by Dr Norooz and his staff is rare. Making appointments has always been easy and the quality, safety, and efficiency of their care have always been outstanding.

Dr Norooz is capable of caring for problems that range from minor to very complex and he is skilled and willing to provide sedation when needed or requested.
He recently helped care for my aging father who has severe dementia and required a lot of dental work. It required considerable knowledge and patience to care for him and it was handled beautifully. I am certain that it would have been hard to find another dentist who would have been able and willing to provide the care that my father needed.

Last, but certainly not least, Dr Norooz is a very kind man who is genuinely interested in understanding his patients and how they are doing.

He and his team at One Stop Dentistry are the complete package and I would highly encourage anyone to try them.

DR. Norooz and his staff has taken Dentistry to another level. As a 30 year military veteran , I had a lot of stay ready to go to war work done on my teeth. Dr. Norooz has completely did a remake on my dental work and I can't stop smiling . I have never met a staff that take so much pride in making their patients happy. They go the extra mile, I highly recommend that once you stop at One Stop Dentistry that this Dentistry will be your only stop.

Due to some embarrassing and painfull experiences with past dentists, I hadn't been to a dentist in over 20 years. After spending an hour or so, pacing around his office, I knew that I could trust him. And me not being a very trusting person, especially with dentists, was extremely important to me. I've now been back to see him and his amazing office staff every time I need something done. There's really not enough room to type, or time in the day to tell you how much I love that guy. (He gets a hug every time I come out of anaesthesia.) It's both his dentistry work and his sincerity that will keep me going back.

Dr Norooz and his staff went above and beyond while I was in their care. Truly a one stop office. The previous dentist I went to charged me for a consultation and xrays and then referred me to a specialist that charged me for another consultation and more expensive xrays and then they referred me to a third place! I skipped the third consultation and went directly to Dr Norooz. Him and his staff were able to perform all of the procedures that would have normally taken three different companies. I am very grateful.

One stop is my only stop and first stop for Dentistry. Never have I seen such care for patients, compassion and dedication toward Dentistry. Dr. Norooz and his staff seem to strive off of difficult cases. As a 30 year Army veteran, I trust my family care to One stop. It is our one stop and last stop for Dentistry and will be yours too.
