I called (day before Xmas Eve) desperately trying to find a certain gift for my niece. Jennifer answered the phone, helped me as much as she could, then transferred me to a gentleman on the floor to make sure they had it. I don't remember his name, but he was great! We were able to reserve, and pick up a present that completed Xmas! It's a shame Wal-Mart couldn't be as helpful!

Last minute rush to get hiking boots for a Yamaha event that I waited until the last minute to do! I looked online and Big 5 popped up with some that were inexpensive. Hoping that they actually had them was a hit or miss so I took my chance and took my boys over there. Sure enough not only did they have them but the gentleman that helped us recommended something else that might be sturdier for riding dirt bikes but just as inexpensive. AND I was even able to get my friend's boys shoes too! They had all the sizes I needed! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect moment. Thank you for saving the day!

I like Big 5. I always go there. Everyone that works there is super friendly. They are very helpful and eager to help. Last time I was there 5-2-23 I bought 2 tennis racquets, tennis balls and a pair of shoes. I am super excited to get using those. I'll definitely be back in the future. Thanks Big Five!

I received an email for a K Swiss shoes that was on sale for $20, but the shoes tag says $29.99. When I was checking out at the register, it scanned as $29.99, so I told the cashier I received the ad for $20! The cashier then told me that it was a one-day sale, so she scanned a bar code to become $20. Be sure to double-check your receipt or during checkout so you don't get ripped off or not get what was advertised.

I actually haven't been there for awhile. I ran there real quick, to get some rain gear. Everyone there was extremely friendly and offering to help, as always. I got exactly what I needed and was out of there very quickly., 😃

Best customer service out of all the big 5 I've been too. They didn't even mind looking up the one day deal prices for you and they greeted you at the door. The manager had great closing experience on customer greeting and trained employees please help the other big fives with the customer care especially on tyler and magnolia they have no concept what they're doing and they hate looking up the one they deal prices for you they're rude thank you for giving me a great experience Corona Big 5 on McKinley . I will recommend you to all my family and friends!!!!!🤩👌

Went in last Friday looking for a portable basketball hoop but was not ready to buy. Returned the following day and was helped by the store manager who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & generous. She assited in making my purchase experience the best! This bishop my go-to store for not just sporting goods, but anything else like electronics. The staff are very friendly and they do all it takes to honor their advertised sales even when they run out of stock.

So far everytime I've come to this location my family and I have received great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Unlike the Big 5 on limonite, I rather drive further from home to this Big 5 on McKinley fir the friendly, great service they have here.

Great store to visit and find sporting items needed for the sport one is involved, or just buy a gift! We went in to buy a pair of women's hiking shoes. The service and the price are incomparable!!!!

Your manager in training Raul, working the shoe dept. Was very helpful in finding shoes that worked for me - so much that I ended up buying 3 pairs. Even though he didn't have the help, he took the time for everyone. I definitely think that he will be an excellent manager.

Went in for a basketball for my kid. For some reason I thought their prices would be high but they're not!! Manager was super friendly and helped us find what we needed.

We were able to find soccer shoes for our kids quickly and the price was great. Little mix up during checkout, but they fixed it right away and we were good.

Manager greeted me as soon as I stepped into the store. Asked how she could help and pointed me to the sandals. I have not been to this store in years so a nice friendly greeting was quite welcomed!
