Customer service is rare these days. But Kathleen always gives me a warm welcome when I enter and has a great sense of humor! Rarely seen in this inviroment and an asset to a company like this. I hope they recognize her for her talents and promote. I hope to see her when I return!

I love coming here! The employees are always so nice to me! The guys working tonight was the sweetest man ever. There is a lady that works every so often at night too and she is the best. They are so thoughtful and good good people. I get gas, buy those delicious donuts, cigarettes and cash in and buy lotto scratchers. They have really cool lighters and they are just the nicest when I want to buy a specific one! I just love love love this place. 5 stars all the way! Xoxo. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Nice and clean. Enough terminals to get gas from. I have always come here to fill up my gas tank even though I don't live around the area.

I went in on Wednesday night, got a soda, go put the soda in my cupholder and the cup broke from the bottom soda everywhere, it happens, but what really has me writing this review is I walked back into the store told the clerk "the cup just broke on the soda I just bought" as I'm walking to the soda machine, (I was going to get another one) she tells me "you have to pay for a cup" , I told I was going to I just wanted to let you know about your cups. Really...

Rude old man in graveyard shift.

Every time I come here, there is no receipt paper at the pumps. You have to go inside to get your receipt, then wait in line for your receipt. On any given visit,1/3 of the pumps are posted Out Of Order. The staff is rude! Today, there were three employees joking around in the store. The person behind the counter, with comical Groucho Marx eyebrows, she (she, her, it, them) was joking and talking with the other two guys. I asked about my receipt since the pump was, of course, out of paper. She responded bluntly and rudely. One of these three employees must have had time to check/maintain the pumps. The only reason I wanted my receipt was because the pump readout showed that I spent $25.01 and got 0.367 gallons of ⛽ gas.
So, at this time, Pump 2 should be tagged Out Of Service!

Today 3/22/23 the homeless looking dude behind the register with red/blonde hair and big beard was in an unusually foul mood. A simple smile, thank you or thumbs up go a long way. The female attendants are way better in every respect.

You guys are losing a lot of customers because of the idiots who decide to park at the pumps or block the way just to get a slushy. You guys might wanna do something about that. I seen multiple people leave for that. I was a regular until this happened several times. It's Awful

Customer service was very very bad! 10/14/21 @ 8pm. I've had worse service, but this kinda sticks out. I was never greeted when I handed my items to the lady. Throughout the process words were not said and even when I said thank you she stayed quiet. I'd like to think it's because I wasn't wearing a mask and white as it gets. 🧐👏🤡

Edit: Since I can't leave multiple reviews, I'll just add on to this one from a few years ago. It is now 2022. There's a few guys here who rotate who does graveyard shift, and we all get along except for one guy named Sayid. Openly hostile, dismissive, and escalates EVERYTHING to screaming immediately. He needs a buddy to keep him calm, because I wouldn't trust him with my store, nor its reputation around the area.

At 4:30am (store was open) I got to watch the employee behind the register walk up and lock the door to the building on me, and when I tried making eye contact, they just waved at me, pulled their masks aside, and yelled "BYEEEE!". So yeah, that was fun.

Today @ 6 I gave the male clerk a lottery card that had my choices filled in. It should've cost $2 he said it rang up as $7. I refused the ticket, he got annoyed & had the nerve to tell me what you put on card is what rings up. This bothers me because I've been using that card for 2 months @ a donut shop with no problems, have been playing lottery for decades & he said he wasn't familiar the game. Then who are you to tell me I did something wrong !? Check yourself or the system YOU did something wrong!

I make it a point not to go there and I want to report this location for it's rude employees. My anger towards this location is specifically the middle ages Asian women there who has no shame on talking down on customers and she tried stealing my plenti rewards account when she saw my balance. I'd give zero stars if it was an option for a review.

This place is the worst gas station ive ever been to. The fountain sodas are always out and the employees refuse to change them, the employees are very rude and wont answer basic questions. They talk to you like you are a bother to them.

My wife went in to buy me some cigarettes, and the person behind the counter (Dante) was very rude and disrespectful. He sold my wife the cigarettes but she was very upset when she got home.

i went in to cash out a scratcher that i won on and i had purchased it there....well the lady wouldnt cash it saying they only cash out up to $50 i had a $60 winner told me to go some where else....how is it they sell them but wont cash them out
