Paul showed us several beds and took the time to explain the perks of each one. He demonstrated the difference in mattresses, frames, support levels. He was extremely patient and awesome to do business with. No upselling 10 /10 recommend asking for Paul!

Hello, i went to mattress firm because it was close to my house. There wasn't alot to choose from for me, but was able to find what I needed. Jayne was very helpful, informative, and very nice. She show me the mattress best for what I needed and when I asked for a discount if I purchased three, she checked and gave me the discount and also gave me 20% off the frame. I had a great experience and would recommend mattress firm to everyone. I also liked that they have a return policy, free delivery (not set-up) and a guarantee on their mattresses. Jayne also recommended the mattress protector which I definitely always use. My whole experience was great, fast and I thank Jayne for her professionalism and support. Thanks mattress firm for being such a fantastic company! :)

Xochitl M. was so helpful in our mattress journey. She was very informative on our 1000 questions. She was patient and kind and allowed us to try each mattress and gave us special insights to each model. She was able to help us piece together what model we wanted and the adjustable frame. If I ever have to come back for another mattress I will be coming to this specific location to see her again for my future mattress needs. Paul was very attentive, without hovering and giving us space. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did not come off as an overbearing salesman. It was a great experience. Mattress has not been delivered yet.

Coming into the store with such little time before signing my lease Rose took care of me and my daughter super fast and was very helpful with picking the right reasonable mattresses ! She was super patient when I had to stop everything and feed my lil one and by the time I was done she had everything ready for us to pay and sign ! I highly recommend going to this location and asking for Rose :)

Jayne was terrific. She knew her products. She was professional but personable and very patient with two elder people wheel chair bound hard of hearing and hadn’t shopped for a mattress for over 3- years. We thank her for all she did for us. We look forward to our new mattress.
