Thomas Miller Mortuary - Sierra Memorial Chapel

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Thomas Miller with Kathy helping us out during our difficult time. She was very compassionate, kind, and helpful with the whole process and answering all the questions we had. Everything went smoothly and the chapel was beautifully decorated with the flowers we chose. Kathy was also amazing enough to find a church that fit our needs and specific time frame. The reason for using Thomas Miller was unfortunate, but my family and I are so grateful we found such wonderful people to help us out. Thank you so much, we can't appreciate it enough 💜

Thomas Miller Mortuary is the only place to call when setting up prearranged funeral services/ cremation . I called they came to the house we went over all our needs it was so easy they took care of everything..an their prices are affordable.when person passes away all you have to do is call them an they handle all for your family..they are excellent compassionate people . when our loved one passed in December 2023 I was so pleased I had prearranged all with Thomas Miller Mortuary on La Sierra in Riverside . Thank you to everyone there an for contacting us to check if we are alright..

Bill Oaks and his staff helped our family with the recent loss of our parents. They considered all our needs and gave excellent suggestions for their celebration of life services. Although the reason I have to give this review is not a pleasant one because my daughter was murdered, it was in the news and it was a big deal...

Bill and Christina were a major part in my healing as the parent of a Lost Child~ they accommodated me, they answered the phone every time I called, they stayed on top of things, they helped me remember things,.
It was just like I had my own mom and dad there helping me take care of the funeral arrangements.

They were the most accommodating even when I had strange or less than recommended requests.

They made sure that everything was done and they worked with victim services and the church for the service and I just cannot say enough good things about them.

I gave them both a hug and took a picture with them the day that we picked up my daughter's ashes which was extremely hard for me, and I am forever grateful for them helping me walk out one of the toughest weeks of my life.

You guys rock! You guys are a blessing from above. And I appreciate you so much and will always remember you.

The people did a great job. They were very professional and kind. They even called me and my husband to see how we are handling our grieving process .

This was a time that was very overwhelming to me. My mom passed unexpectedly and I was left to deal with so much. Thankfully by the grace of God I have the best of friends/family and Bill at the mortuary took a horrible time for me and made it so much easier. They were compassionate, understanding and so extremely helpful in everything and it made things just so much easier for me. Today is fresh. I am extremely happy with the service we received from Bill. He made everything smooth and his service was beyond exceptional. He really cares about your family and does everything he can to make this experience memorable. He understands the difficult moment families experience and he simplifies everything. In addition any request we have had he has handled promptly without any issues. I would recommend him to any family looking for a reasonable price and amazing service.

I highly recomd Thomas Miller Mortuary to take care of your loved ones after they pass. Their customer service is exceptional. They took care of my mom after she passed and we were treated like family. They also didn't increase prices when covid hit either. They care, and when you lose a loved one, that's exactly what you need. They even contacted me a month or so after to see how my family and I were doing. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Thomas Miller Mortuary. I went through the Sierra location, during Covid's limited service period.
Bill's customer service was fantastic. He and the office staff handled everything efficiently, including coordinating with the Riverside National Cemetery. My father was a retired 2 war veteran from the U.S. Air Force. The chapel is quite large and the attendees were easily able to distance themselves from eachother. The memorial service was very tranquil and at the cemetery my dad received the full rifle salute. Thomas Miller mortuary provided peace of mind during a difficult time of loss.

My family and I are extremely pleased how Bill and his staff managed the services for my loved one. From start to finish it was nothing but the best during this unfortunate time. We actually went to several funeral homes. Had a horrible experience dealing with garden of prayer. We had transfered our loved from Preston and simons due to the size and parking. The transfer was done without any error due to Bill and his staff. I would 100% recommend this place for any family going through a loss. The price for what they provide is Beyond reasonable. It’s always tough losing a loved one but I was extremely comforted to have Bill and the team at Sierra Memorial Chapel Mortuary (Thomas Miller Mortuary) helping me to honor and bury my father.
