Be careful with this AMPM, they will accuse you of stealing. I frequent this ampm a lot, spend a lot of money there. Then the tall darker guy with the turban with a tattoo around his forearm will accuse you. They seen me checking out beers on the camera and putting them back as I changed my mind about drinking that day. He wasn’t even there to see me but claimed I stole a beer I’ve never stolen ANYTHING in my life. They really know how to turn your day into a bad one, avoid this AMPM if you can!

Be careful when you pump gas, check your gas gauge when you fuel, second time I put 30 dollars and I only got about 2 gallons of gas, maybe less. Im reporting them to the BBB

Rude employee (blck chasier woman), I went there to heat my food in the microwave, pump some gas, buy drinks for my co worker, apparently just because I went in there straight to the microwave ,she started yelling me, that i should ask permission for using the microwave, this is the first time I ever been told that in any gas station I had ever been, when she started yelling me I just took food without saying anything and left, I went to extra mile like 5 minutes from there, i just did the same thing I went straight to the microwave put my food in the microwave, and then I went the cashier and ask her do you mind if I heat up my food ? and she said no, should ask permission to use the microwave? and she said no, you can use it without asking us, so after that i bought drinks and pump some gas, never coming back to you gas station and I used to go couple a days a week for the past month

0 Stars. I purchased a carwash through the gas pump, never received a receipt with code. Upon entering the AMPM I was told to come back the next day as the "system was down" (Had 0 problem with this, figured "it happens".) Came back the next day for my car wash, asked the clerk at counter for my car wash, after a few minutes of explaining what had happened he gave me a receipt with a code. I got my car wash, and after I inspected my vehicle, I didn't notice at first but the machine had torn off my rear taillight lens. The store claims they can't take responsibility and that it's posted on a sign. The sign he was referring to, cannot be seen anywhere when purchasing a car wash. The sign is behind a bush near the ground where you would have to exit your vehicle and crouch down to see it. No refund received, no compensation. Out a $6 car wash, a $85 tail light housing and 2 trips worth of gas all for nothing. I would just use your home hose or go to a self service wash. I'll add some photos later.

I go into this location to purchase coffee on Saturdays for my church service on Sunday. When I started this a few months ago I was introduced to your app. I use it because I can get free or discounted coffee. What my problem is today is....I went into this store and there are 2 young men that I've dealt with. I've ask about the app because you have to go back to the store to get new games. When asking them, they don't know anything about this product and without trying to find out that's where they left me. Very rude to me! Today, when I went in I was going to get a coffee and I asked to get the app scanned to get new games. The young man acted like he didn't know anything about! I asked, "you don't about your product?" He told me I had to buy something before it can be scanned, which I know is not the truth. I told him one time I was in there before and a older man just scanned it! So, he went on and scanned it and then challenged me and asked in a rude way, "Did it work?" insinuating that I was wrong! Then I show the other guy that it worked. I told him he needed to learn about the products in the store. After that he told me he did have to service me. I told him I didn't do anything. I asked for a manager and he told me his family runs the store and he told me to leave the store and told me about the other AM PM on the other end of La Sierra! I feel that this was very rude and an employee should know about the product that pertains to the store! Even though their family runs the business! Thank you for your time!

I went to get a coffee in between 2-3am doors were locked employees would not open doors for service nor where they cleaning and when I asked why he was closed he yelled through the door I’m on a personal call when I replied are you on the clock he laughed at me I told him thought it was 24 hours he just walked away. Service was no good I recommend you go somewhere else for your morning cup of coffee before work

Pumps 3 and 7 don't accept cards. You have to go inside. One of the registers doesn't accept debit. $10 minimum for credit. $0.35 debit fee. Store was clean and friendly staff, but seriously. I experienced every single one of these issues in my one visit to this location. I won't be back

Really? Only small coffee cups, no medium no large. First and last time coming before work.. Nobody wants a small coffee.... Whoever is doing inventory needs help..

I accidentally dropped my ice and the worker there yells at me and says I should of cleaned it up when it's her job she I was there at around 11 on may 6
