Having no hot water is no fun. I called Craig Johnson Plumbing because they had a small ad in our community newspaper. I was treated like gold. They came out same day and assessed my water heater situation. Ben was so courteous and carefully checked out theater heater - from the smoke it was easy to see it was a goner. Of course it was an irregular size but Ben was able to source one and charged nothing additional.

Of course two days later was our freak snow storm. Although I was willing to wait, rather than have them working in the wet and cold on the outside installation, they insisted that it was more important that I have hot water. I strongly recommend Craig Johnson Plumbing for their caring for their customers, quick response and reasonable pricing!

Craig Johnson Plumbing was assigned to us from our home warranty and they were absolutely amazing. The gal who answers the phone and schedules the guys to come out showed empathy and did everything she could to help me get this resolved ASAP. I really appreciate great customer service and that's exactly what they provided. They also got the report to our home warranty in less than 24hours. We dealt with a diffrrent company for our heater and it took over a week for them to send the report in and we weren't the dead of winter with no heat so I was so thankful for this.

Very pleased with Craig Johnson Plumbing. I chose them because they are a local, family owned company. I received a call 15 minutes before the Technician (Conner) arrived. He then introduced himself and got right to work. Efficient while being friendly and courteous. He was done in about 45 minutes and on his way. This is definitely my go-to plumber for any future needs.

My water heater went out on Monday so I called my home warranty company for an emergency because we had no water because we had to turn it off to keep it from spewing out the top of the water heater. They didn't seem to think not having water with 3 adults using bathrooms and 2 babies in cloth diapers and no water was an emergency. Well finally 26 hours later and 4:00 the next afternoon they finally gave me the name of this company but said they couldn't come out until Friday. I called and talked to Craig at 4pm to see if there was anyway he could help before Friday explaining my situation to him. He told me his guys worked 10 hour days but said he said he had a guy in Chicago Park he would call and see what he could do, but no guarantees. As I waited for him to get back to me by phone my son came and said "the plumber is here".
I was surprised on the best possible way. A young man named Don came on his way home just to make sure we wouldn't have to go another whole day without running water. This company and their employees have my sincerest gratitude. I thought I would be without water for a week. Don fixed the water heater so that it wouldn't spew water all over and got us running water for the night. They came today to replace my water heater. I am truly grateful to Don for stopping on his way home yesterday and to Craig's Plumbing for understanding that I couldn't go 5 days without water. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful!!!!!

I called them Friday night for a broken pipe at my rental which caused the water to be shut off. Izzy was there at 8 on Saturday morning and had it fixed and the water back on within an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I was so happy to have it fixed for my tenants so quickly. Thanks again Izzy and I will call you guys first if I have any more plumbing needs. 100%+ rating.

I called in hopes of an appointment In the next 7 days as I was going to be off work during that time. Craig, himself, took my call and assured me he would send someone out the same day! Not even 2 hours later, a team showed up, asked me a few questions, assesed the situation, determined the problem, and got right to work. Within the hour, they had cleared my drains and tested to make sure all the lines were open and free flowing. The representatives were efficient, professional and respectful. I could not have been more happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this incredible company comprised of honesty and integrity!!

I called Craig Johnson plumbing after when my main water line sprung a leak, that was threatening to turn my front yard into a pond. Craig responded promptly, and even though they were jammed up, he sent one of his guys over quickly to assess the situation. The work was done professionally and quickly. The young man who did the work, Patrick, was super nice and polite, and explained what was going on at each step. I will definitely use them again.

I didn't know what was wrong with my water heater but they came by and diagnosed it as needing replacement. I told them I had to replace it myself because of money concerns. They said no problem and said if I had any questions about installing the new one to give them a call. I call that great customer service! Next time we have a plummimg problem we can't handle well call them for sure.

Casey came out to fix a leak on my main water line. He accessed the situation and had it repaired in less than an hour. Casey was neat and professional and any company would love to have a employee like Casey.
