GREAT pharmacy!! The staff is super friendly and I have always had such a great experience. This pharmacy beats out any big pharmacy. Highly recommend.

My first time going through their pharmacy since I now have TriCare. From front desk staff to the pharmacist, they were kind, courteous and resolved issues on the spot. Look forward to the rest of my family going through them.

Best pharmacy staff ever! They are always so kind and personable. It’s like that small town feel where they remember you, know your name, find ways to help you save money, contact your doctors when they don’t send your meds over and they have the cutest little shop! I’ve only waited behind one, maybe two people at the most. It’s not busy and they don’t treat you like the pharmacy chains. I would highly recommend their business.

It’s in a little business park by Little Caesar’s, Fizz and is only one level. There’s only one or two handicap spots and a lot of times they are taken, but for short durations as people pick up their meds. There’s not a drive through. They’re only open on Saturday until 1:00pm and close at 6:00pm, closed Sunday’s.

Such a clean store and the employees are so nice! Helped getting meds for my grandma flawless.

This has been my pharmacy for over a year and I love going here! The staff are a friendly bunch, and they know their stuff. They did their best to help me out when my insurance did not cover a generic brand of inhaler I needed. Overall, I would give more stars if I could!

Such a great pharmacy!!! Really good pricing for customers with no insurance like myself. They greet you by your name when coming in and they are very fast at filling prescriptions. Highly recommend them!!👍

These guys opened up right around the corner from me so I was thinking about moving my prescriptions over to them, because I am lazy, but I hadn't yet ... also because I am lazy and afraid of change lol. My mom went on home hospice and everything of hers got moved to CV. I was impressed with them, how they handled things and that they deliver. They are such pros. My only con is the hours, but I think everything else makes up for it. They really do go the extra mile and you will feel seen and heard.

I am so impressed with this Pharmacy and the owner Shawna. We had a little issue and they went above and beyond to fix it. I have never had a Pharmacist and owner do that before. She listened to my situation and made me feel better about everything. I am thankful, after all, that I chose them to handle my meds. Thank you Crimson Valley Pharmacy!!

Absolutely the most polite pharmacy staff I have ever seen. After the first tie I’m greater by smile and by name even better is they are happy like they enjoy their job not like another number is walking in. They don’t treat you as if you’re a junkie if you may be getting something more than an antibiotic. I wish this had 10 stars because I can’t recommend the enough.

I used to fill all my prescriptions elsewhere, typically where I got my groceries from. After filling a prescription for myself ONE time here at Crimson Valley it was enough to move all my families medications here. They are not only the friendliest staff, but incredibly professional and make getting my medications super easy with the auto-renew. Would highly recommend!

I just switched all my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I had been in the pharmacy previously for a Covid vaccine because they were so close. They worked with me to get my mom a Covid Vaccine while she remained in the car. She is homebound and getting her in a vehicle was a challenge. I was also able to coordinate to pick up a flu shot with her medicare info for the home health nurse to administer. I picked up my first prescription and they processed Tricare as secondary without any complications. I have never been able to get my RX with Tricare already processed when it is secondary. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

The people who work here are amazing! Always always going the extra mile!!! They’ve become a place I like to go and wait for my meds to be ready. It’s a friendly, happy, upbeat vibe here! Will NEVER go anywhere else!

This is the BEST pharmacy! We've used Crimson Valley since they opened. I needed a Tamiflu prescription and we were still waiting on the provider to get it to the pharmacy. The pharmacist Shaunna called me personally to tell me she had it and was filling it right now. We don't go anywhere else. Best personal service and the pharmacy has cute gift items too. Easy to call in pizza at Domino's, grab a drink at Fizz, and pick up prescriptions in one-stop. Beats going into a giant big-box store for prescriptions hands-down! Thank you!

Everyone at this pharmacy treats me with respect. They are thoughtful, courteous, and always smiling as they help me! The prescriptions are filled in a timely fashion, usually within minutes!

Wonderful place with great staff. The pharmacist has always taken time to answer my questions and made me feel welcome. The pharmacy is conveniently located right off of River Road and has a nice gift shop with some adorable merchandise.

Always fast and friendly! I send all my prescriptions and patients to Shaunna and her staff. They always go above and beyond to provide us with the best prices and best products available.

This Pharmacy is amazing to have on the south side of town and now that I've been here I would drive across town just for the customer service, knowledge and experience of the pharmacist, and the gift shop. Why would anyone wait at a chain for 20-40 minutes when there is an amazing local and hometown pharmacy that can fill it in 5 min!!
