I am so glad I picked Northwest Dental Services. When I first got my dentures I was having a problem with them hurting because my gums kept killing it's at 2 months before they finally healed But I had already had my dentures set and sized but after a few weeks of wearing them in them not fitting correctly I went back to them. They told me that of my insurance would not cover anything for a few months but I could not believe it they said they would go ahead and fix them anyway. These guys are totally awesome father and daughter business.

Without a doubt, this is the best dentist/denturist in this region. Fast, efficient, communicative, easy going, with a community-first approach. I know they also accept Medicaid too, so not only do you get the best care possible, they also provide services for those that need it the most. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Excellent all around.

Completely satisfied. Excellent service all around. I had my first set done at another location and they weren’t even close to as good as this place. Val and Megan are very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for any of the services they provide.

I agree with previous reviews: this is the best place to get your dentures! The Dr here is efficient, competent, helpful, he pays attention and listens. My mom is very happy with her new teeth!

I have had a great experience working with these people for what I would call a very daunting process, of finally coming to terms with the fact of needing dentures, as I'm still fairly young. I have had some not to great experiences along this path. And Val and his team have actually made it so very much better for me. Someone commented that Val's bedside manner makes even the most nervous patient at ease. And that is absolutely true. 100%. Him and Megan are rock stars, but cannot discount their amazing staff, assistants and front office. I rarely ever say I'd recommend any kind of medical/dental business, but if anyone I know needs dentures, I would direct them here. Absolutely. Thank you NW Dental!

a friend recommended northwest dental clinic. I needed full dentures and the first place I went to was a nightmare. But the team at northwest dental listened to my concerns and involved me in the whole process and I love my new smile…I truly appreciate these people and couldn’t ask for anything more. you don’t have to worry about anything here they treat you like family! We came here after leaving A New Image Denture Clinic in Puyallup for their lack of professionalism, customer service and outdated building and equipement. Northwest Dental service delivers professional, fast and efficient care. My mother dentures were made in 4 visits and fit right the first time. Northwest Dental service has updated equipment and a clean environment. We highly recommend them based on our experience.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vallon Charron and his team - I would give ten stars if I could! We received top-notch care at every appointment and thorough the entire denture process - every team-member is kind, caring, and thoughtful. My mother's concerns were heard out and any questions or concerns were answered thoroughly; and Dr. Val's bedside manner would set even the most nervous patient at ease. I would recommend anyone considering dentures to go to Northwest Dental. Not only were was my mother well taken care of, but we received her set of dentures within a month - a speed we know we wouldn't have gotten anywhere else. Thank you to Northwest Dental for a great patient experience!

The staff, Val, megan and Dr. Martin are all fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and promised I would have a beautiful smile. They did amazing. No one knows I have dentures unless I tell them and I'm never believed this is how amazing of a job Val did. They always get me in same day if I ever have problems. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who needs dentures without anyone knowing you have them. I would give 10 starts of I could.

7 years ago, my life was completely changed. A man and his daughter welcomed me into their business, set me in a state of comforting ease, and before the month was out, I was an entirely different man.
My teeth (fronts of top and bottom) had been destroyed by bar room fights, motorcycle accidents and years of addiction. Val and Megan welcomed me. They made me feel at home.
Now, 7 years and one really BAD motorcycle (head on) accident later, I am back scratching at their doorstep.
"What, you only see me every 7 years?", says Val. Megan comes in, smiling to say hi...
I have never been to a dentist that I liked or felt even remotely comfortable at. That is not the case here. I am being fitted for entire dentures, upper and lower. I have a wedding in 10 days. These things take 4 weeks. Knowing my plight, these people step into their phone booths, come out with their Super Dentist capes, and it is quite possible that I may be able to shave off my Sam Elliott mustache on the 12th of August.
Even if my deadline cannot be reached, The incredible effort, honesty and genuine kindness from these folks is enough to rock any human being to their core.
It is not an act. Their niceties are not a show. They have a light that shines outward, and you can feel the warmth from it when you open the doors.
I had to write this fast, as my in laws are waiting for me to paint their home, but I needed to get this out.

Great experiences! No dental anxiety! Dr's and staff are friendly and caring. I received immediate dentures and lower partial. Love my teeth , Dr Val made sure my teeth had slight imperfections as I had asked. My smile has certainly boosted my self esteem. Also, any issues I've had with my new teeth, the staff has made sure to slip me in for same day adjustments. I recommend family and friends to come to this office often. A+++

I haven't had a decent smile for over 10 years but thanks to Dr Val and his great work, I can finally smile big! He was so nice during each visit that I didn't have my usual anxiety issues while in the office. He was so good at his job that he was able to match the color of my real teeth with his first guess. The entire staff is so friendly and my granddaughter loved the toys in the waiting room. I highly recommend this office to anyone who may need partials or dentures or such. I can't imagine sending anyone I know anywhere else. Thank you all so much for giving me my smile back!

Been having dental problems for years and have had several dentists from here to California and Arizona as I have moved around I’m so glad I found these people. They are very knowledgeable friendly and make every patient feel like part of their family . With out a doubt you are in great hands with this father and daughter team. The whole staff is impressive. You can really tell that they all love working there And they are Seahawks fans to boot!!!!!! As my dental needs progress ..all I can say is that I’m very great full to be one of their patients

Let me explain to the reader of this review that Val, Megan and Jon are the most compassionate dentists I have ever encountered.
Northwest dental has changed my whole life. The services that I received are above and beyond what I expected . The care in the quality and the product that they put out are awesome. If you have any desire to change the way you look if you have any desire increase your self-esteem or if you ever had any doubt that nobody can help you this is the place that you want to go. Hands down.

I LOVE MY NEW TEETH!
Val and Megan really know how to put one nervous lady at peace. My upper full denture fits and looks beautiful. My lower partial ancker's to my 5 remaining teeth and snaps in for a perfect fit and appearance. I wish they offered photo uploads here. I would add my before and after photos, as proof of the fine work done here at NW Dental Services.
Thanks to the front staff as well. They always have a smile for you.

Val ,his daughter Megan,Michelle and the whole staff are the best! If you are considering dentures or implants ,please don't consider going anywhere but Northwest Dental Services,they are incredible. Professional, personable ,incredible staff and the best you will find,hands down. I just got a call from my sister and told her she couldn't go anywhere else but here!! She lives in Enumclaw ,so it's a bit of a distance for her ,but I told her it was well worth the distance if it was twice as far!!

Val is helping me correct a denture problem I made known to him. It's been quite some time since I've last seen him, but he wants all his customers to be happy & satisfied with the products and services he provides. I applaud him for his dedication to excellence and pride in workmanship. Great customer service is a big reason he is so highly rated after over 20 years in the business!
