After an awful experience at another Verizon store, we headed east to this location. The customer service is night and day. From being professionally greeted to all our questions being answered with transparency and recommendations given by Devon, we left fully satisfied. Thank you!

I ran into the Riverside location after a bad experience in another state. My new phone was overheating and many of my photos had been lost in translation. Estefani Segura to the rescue! Her bright friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and her four years of experience showed as she quickly replaced the phone and FOUND the rest of my photos in the cloud! She is absolutely fabulous and saved the day.

Great experience at this location. Perry was awesome! Very knowledgeable in regards to the phones, plans, accessories, and more. It's rare for someone to actually want to provide excellent customer service but he did! I can tell he likes his job based on the customer service we received from him. My husband and I are new Verizon customers because of Perry! We will be going back soon to add 3 more lines for our kids!

I came to this location and had exceptional customer service. I was greeted by Austin and he helped me buy the new Apple watch I wanted , saving money at that! I would recommend this store for making such an easy and pleasant transaction . Thanks Austin!!

I have been coming in to this location in Limonite to pay my bill for 2 years now and Estefani has always been a friendly face. I love her attention to detail and she is always willing to assist me with problems with my phone. I recently upgraded and she helped me set everything up. She is my go to. I am indeed a loyal customer to her.

Excellent service! I came in with an old iPhone I was having issues with and could not get my information transferred at any Verizon. I came into this location and received amazing customer service and they got all my information backed up and transferred. Thank you to the manager Tyler he truly helped take a huge weight off my shoulders by helping me get this done. I am a business owner myself and I can say this is how a store should be run. Awesome location! I had an issue that was 10 months old. Even though the previous retailer left the location, the existing manager, Tyler Mason,was able to resolve the matter. He took care of the problem expedtiously. The manager (Tyler Mason) was awesome! He really cared! Two thumbs up!

I've been in customer service for over 20years, I was very impressed with Mr. Curtis Lamb. He was professional, helpful but most important in customer service is Caring. If he was my employee, I would promote him, give him a raise, employee of the year etc. Thank you Curtis for an AWESOME job!!!I

Went in to the store because I was over my Internet allowance. Tomas helped explain what was causing me to exceed my limit and helped me get 5x more data for the same price. I purchased a new device from him and he was patient in explaining the process as well as transferring all my data. Recommend Tomas. He is an excellent gentleman

The service and attention provided by the manager Tomas was absolutely exceptional! Best service I have ever received at any Verizon store.
