Lots of inventory and customer service was great. There were items I actually came in to look for that was on sale such as snow gear that were out of stock or overpriced at a competition store.

I love the help that I got from the employees. 😍 They also signed me up for an E-Team to get all the daily deals. I had a coupon that I got in the mail and it was expired by a day. I asked the store manager if I can use this coupon. She said it was ok to use. That was very kind of her.

I like the discount prices on many of the items I purchase. I just wished your store had discounts on 12 gauge shot gun ammo, then I would be a very happy customer.

There was a discrepancy on the website for an item that I purchased. The website said it came with an item and in reality it did not. The package, nor the manual indicate the item is included. The supervisor was very diligent in checking everything out and making sure that her and I were on the same page in understanding the packaging compared to the website. She gave me an additional 10% discount for the trouble and misunderstanding. I encountered 3 young employees during my visit. They were very happy to help and service was very pleasant. The customer service I received was great!

This is not just another Big 5. It is a Big 5 from one of those commercials. The management are friendly and attentive. Store is so clean and organized its crazy. I have to drive 30 minutes pass 3 other Big 5s just to go there. Manager Jennifer is great and actually has knowledge of their products and state and federal laws. Thank you Jennifer for making my shotgun purchase so easy.

If you need anything ask for Kat she's amazing, honest, and very helpful. If you got a problem she won't stop until she finds an answer. She helped me and my dad get our fishing license and gear. Our trip was a last minute fishing trip for my birthday and I had been away for 11 years in the Marines. My dad was very happy and he ended up catching the Jack pot fish.

I would recommend buying your firearms and ammo from here if possible. i ended up buying mine here because the customer service a turner's is horrible. Shout out to the two store managers that made the experience as good as it was.

Worker's went out of the way to make sure that I was happy with everything. I got gifts for my grandson birthday and, let's just say that I will definitely go back to the Big 5 at the Spectrum

Great customer service from all employees, from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. I will definitely make this my Big 5, even though there are closer locations based on the great service I received.

Called ahead to ask about an item in stock. They checked it and set it aside for pick up. Even carried it to my car. Very happy with this Big 5.

Although this location is small they have a good choice of outer wear. I was looking all over the place for the right priced sportswear and couldn't find anything anywhere.  I tried Walmart and Target and everything was buy online only. It sucks because you come across those times when you "need it now" and you're scrambling everywhere. This was one of those times for me, and good ol Big 5 came through. The hunting department also might benefit you, if you are looking for well-known brand-names, at best possible prices. The Personnel is generally well trained, and courteous, offering various solutions for your needs. All in all, I personally had a great shopping experience.

Husband found the exact same work shoes he had worn out. He was very happy.

Ohhh recently within a month i had went with intentions of purchase. So i bought my niece and nephew a bow and arrow set . Helpful service product was in stock. Big 5 your alright

Any way I haven't been to Big5 in a long time and honestly I dont know why. There are so many deals.
I mean deal after deal my wife had to pull me away. Any ways 👍💯
