The accounting process and service at State Farm cannot be complained about as it is non existent. Going towards a year now payments to the two policies on my account has been misapplied each and every month. This despite complaining about it every month and not getting anywhere to get this resolved. Jennifer Bouman from State Farm has taken it upon herself to assist me every month, my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to her for her professional service!! The 5 stars is for Jennie and definitely not for State Farm!!

I’ve been with State Farm for 15 years and I absolutely love them. Orfa has been my agent the whole time. She is so attentive, always responds quickly, very personable, and the sweetest person ever. Anytime I have questions or concerns she responds right away. I don’t know anyone else that loves their insurance agent as much and I do! I 100% recommended them to anyone when they ask for help looking for any type of insurance (homeowners, life, car).
