We had a great experience today. We were assisted by the store manager and she was lovely. I was dreading coming into any Verizon store but she made it so easy, so seamless and I left very happy. I'll be back soon to upgrade mine and my husband's line.

ANDREA AND OMAR ARE GREAT. They helped me upgrade to an Iphone 15 plus. And took my old Samsung Note 9 as trade for 50%. If you want GREAT SERVICE THIS IS THE STORE.

Nick was extremely helpful during my visit. He made great suggestions on products that are relevant to my needs and never became pushy with sales. Nick was very customer service focused making the experience personal and professional. To add, he was a gentleman walking me to door and opening as he wished me a wonderful belated birthday. Very pleased

Andrea and Brian both help me get what I was looking and more! I’ve gone to other Verizon stores and have never received so much help to get the best deals that Verizon offers! Only coming to this store from now on!

I came in to review and buy a new phone as my old one was time to replace. She was very personable , friendly and knew her product line well. Other than dealing with masks she was very personable, friendly, pretty smile everything went well and took care of all my needs.

Ask for Dimone his customer service skills are great. He cares about his customers and tries to get the most for each one. You can tell he enjoys his job.

Holidays are the busiest time of the year, the most stressful, and most emotional. Trying to find that perfect gift without breaking the bank, trying to make sure your gifts are fair if you have multiple children. Needless to say the Verizon location at Riverside plaza has the most helpful and patient staff. I had the pleasure to have Noyoltzi as my sales rep. She was awesome!!! Pleasant and professional. Staffing everywhere is a b;@(! so as a customer to be acknowledged and thanked for my patience is also key.

The young lady K representative was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me meet my necessities and resolve my issues with my cellphone.
She always had a big smile and was professional from beginning to end.

I had the most wonderful experience with my visit with Verizon. My helper was Demetrius. There was no waiting time. He wore a mask. Was extremely helpful. Listened to my concerns, laid out the options and I was out within 15 minutes. Answered all of my questions. He was wonderful.

I needed everything from my iPhone 8 transferred to my new iPhone 13. I was nervous to try it on my own and chance losing irreplaceable photos and contacts. Crystal was very knowledgeable and patient.Everything was updated and transferred in less than an hour.

First time in a store for a new phone in years. Had a great experience. Demetrius was awesome very helpful and informative through the whole process felt as if we had know each other for years. Will definitely be back for any needs in the future

Super long wait times, but Andrea and the other ladies at the store were multi tasking and handling the customers as fast as they could. Andrea could not have been a bigger help! Very happy I switched over!

David was extremely helpful and informative on all my questions. Helping me find everything I needed + more with deals and discounts. Kevin is the reason I visited this store today. After calling multiple stores about one phone. All other stores were short with answers and did not offer help. Kevin set me up to go in and take care of everything I needed. In the end I was helped by David. I was never satisfied with any Verizon store and their customer service before this. They take every precaution with keeping all employees and customers safe during this covid crisis. I was not uncomfortable or uneasy at any point during my visit. Store manager David was incredibly helpful. I had some specific needs for a new phone and a wireless charging mount in my car for business purposes. He navigated me through all the technology to help me decide on the right phone, accessories and best way to buy/order them for my needs and budget.

Shoutout to Damall over at this location. Very knowledgeable and an all around cool guy. Talked football with my man while he deactivated my iPhone 12 and he gave me a discounted price out the door. That’s customer service.

The sales associate was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Definitely one of the best new phone purchase experiences I’ve had. Will always do my business at this Verizon store.

The staff is completely out of this world with knowledge about Verizon! Michelle was incredible in not only answering my questions but anticipating what I would need to know next. Safety was great. All were masked and had sanitizer at hand. Staff was very personable and so ready to help

Had a great customer service experience with Andrea ! She walked us through everything we needed to know very professional and expertise at her work.

Needed to add another line to my account. I tried doing it online through the Verizon app due to some "online only" deals, but it was more time consuming and wasn't able to see the different phones available. I decided I needed a more personal touch, so I walked in to this location. Andrea offered me even better promotions, so I walked out with a better phone for less money than I was quoted by Verizon online. Definitely will return when I'm due for an upgrade.
