Panera Bread

So hard for me to usually rate 5 but this place was amazing!! I never come to Panera but I decided to give it a try today. Great fast customer service, helpful, and very attentive. I needed the blinds adjusted because the sun was hitting my face and they were very speedy with that request. I WILL come back every time I am in Riverside. Food and drink was great too (((:

During an extremely busy 1 PM lunch time, the manager, and the staff did a phenomenal job of getting 16 different delivery and pickup orders out while also getting my online order out earlier than expected.

Fantastic communication with each other and customers waiting for their food, and kindness on their faces and in their tone the whole time.

Had a wonderful lunch here today with my beautiful fiancee after church & this is absolutely one of our favorite places.

can't go wrong with Panera - food always delicious, drinks too! Breakfast or lunch meet-up spot with ample indoor setting (with wifi) or nice patio with umbrellas to relax on too.

Great place to meet up with friend for a yummy salad. Had the Green Goddess Cobb which is my new favorite salad!!!! You have to try it! My friend and I were each able to get our favs, and our meals looked nothing alike. That is the beauty of having a large menu!

Breakfast egg sandwich was really good.
Wouldn't be a bad idea to serve soups the the morning.

This place is wonderful it’s clean the food comes out quickly. It’s made fresh and warm. I had a question both managers came out and help me right away. They were very willing to help me and made sure I was happy before I was done. This place is amazing. Thank you so much for a great lunch.

I go here a lot to work. I use it as my 2nd office. I recommend that you try the oatmeal... very healthy and delicious 😊😊😊. They also have great customer service. Ed is the best. He remembers your name and always has a smile on his face. I go in the am at least 4 days a week and Ed is always their to take care of us. Thanks Ed!!

Came here at a very busy time so I expected to wait BUT DIDNT! I was astonished at how fast our dinner was served. The food was AMAZING and the staff was SUPER friendly. Couldn't have been better!

It's the first time I've ordered food here and I loved it but they should be careful with the orders because I asked for a chicken noddle soup and they gave me a broccoli cream soup.

Went to Panera by the riverside plaza today
Place is ALWAYS cracking, tons of business and traffic. I was waiting for the coffee to be refilled, along with some other patrons, and trying to be patient.
One woman starts to loudly say, as the girl jade is walking by with the refill, “this is just terrible service”. Jade politely told her that people had called off and there were only a few people working so she was sorry for the wait. This lady then holds up the creamer and says, “are you going to fill this up too???” In a strained and expectant tone.
Jade doesn’t need that. Jade does her best and continued to help this woman with a smile. Jade deserves recognition.
Thanks Jade :) I appreciate your service, especially in the face of unfair circumstances. Wish more people would give you the gift of patience.
I love the people at this Panera and they are always kind. You will always be happy you stopped here with people like Jade manning the counter.

Panera Bread is my favorite place for breakfast. I hang out there with friends at least once a week. The location is perfect also I love the quiet, clean and friendly environment. The staff is always nice and professional. A girl named Dana helped me solve the problems with patience a couple of time. I highly recommend this place. Everyday at Panera is a special day.

We ordered 20 lunch boxes. They were on time and everyone loved them. Great quality food!

Staff was helpful and friendly as items needed to be restocked and drinks were delicious. Great place to enjoy alone or with friends and family
