Pine View Splash Pad

Great neighborhood park. Tennis courts, 2 covered pavilions, 2 play structures, several shaded picnic tables, and a splash pad. Also lots of grassy space and a walking trail around the park.
The play areas are not covered by shade during the summer was disappointing. They were too hot for the kids to get on.
There were several wasps drinking from the water drains at the splash pad. They mostly disapated once the water ran for a few minutes. But they were definitely something we still had to pay attention to.

Two (2) fun play areas, nice pavilion with trash cans, tennis court, walking area by the river and splash pad all nestled in a neighborhood.
The walk way does not have an actual 'walking' path it's more like a trail.
There is plenty of room to play a game of flag football, Frisbee or set up for a fun family game of badminton.
To turn on the splash pad there is a red post with a black top to it. When you push the black top this action will turn on the water.

We had a blast here! It took us a minute to figure out how the water turns on. If you hold down the black button (cap) on the red pole, it will turn the water on without any timer restrictions. When it turns off, just use this again.
Alternatively, there is a button you can step on, but this only turns the water on at specific intervals, with about 10 minutes of no water before you can turn it on again. But the black button on the red pole turns it on anytime.
We will be back for more fun!

We went around 9:30pm (don't worry it was still 108 degrees!) So it wasn't busy at all. Kids loved it! There is a pavilion with tables a ways away, but it didn't look like there was any shade for parents right around the splash pad. Luckily the sun had set when we went. But if you're a parent during the day, plan to watch from a distance or get in there and get wet!

Needed a place to cool off young kids on a long ride to Las Vegas... perfect place !@

In love with this park, I had my daughter's 3rd birthday and we all had a blast! The park has both a splash pad and a dry playground for those who wish to stay dry, the bathrooms are always nice and clean with everything fully stocked. Great place, I highly recommend this park for have a party, family gathering, picnic or whatever the occasion.

There are 2 playground areas, a splash pad (not a lot of shade), a large pavilion, tennis, basketball, and disc golf.

Perfect size for a large family! The kids enjoyed playing in the water and cooling off!
