JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This is a store that I recommend to my mom and brother for their jewelry! It's so much better than the store in Corona!

The store was clean and so many wonderful options many of which were on sale which is always nice. There were friendly staff to help answer questions we had which helped speed up our shopping experience

they are the only store who had the alien skelletons. I waS finally able to complete my alien capsules for holloween.

We shop here often and the staff is consistantly great. Just yesterday, my daughter was shopping for a surprise gift for me and asked to double bag it and they wrapped it in tissue. This is just one example but the staff is ALWAYS kind. Keep up the good work.

This review is especially for Cindy and Melissa. They go above and beyond and are always so kinda to their customers. I am a regular at this store and they are both the first ones to great me and the first to wish me a good day when I leave. They are always positive and do whatever they can to help the customers. The young man at the register was the best! He was so patient with my mom. He wasn't rude at all. Took his time wasn't snippy or anything and there was a line. Thank you so much to him for his understanding and I will be going back in the future ❤😁👍

This store is big and carry many varieties of fabric

My mother and I had a great experience at Joann's.
As soon as I got there I had to use the facility and right away they let me in.
I thought that was very nice of them to do so.
The staff was very kind when we needed to locate an item they helped us find it!!

The store was great. Large selection of fabric. My only concern, two teenagers running through the isles with a cart, throwing random items from the isles and then left the store leaving a full cart in the front of the store! Very upsetting!

I found everything I wanted plus a few things for next time. their staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well-stocked and clean. They always have great coupon specials going on as well as excellent sales.

Staff are polite but this store is very small, at least half the size of the average Joanns store...which means they don't have a good selection of things. I didn't see any holiday items at all. So if you need just the basics this location is probably great.

Small store front, but a really generous foot print. Store has a lot to offer in terms of merchandise even with the current shortages. The shopper and supplier for this store seem to be in better sinc than some other Joann stores. Staff is friendly for the most part, some understaffing (related brusque behaviour) but, with the customer kindness, the staff let's their own passion for the sewing, scrapbooking, knitting, crafting arts shine out. Very knowledgeable, curious (interested in the customer's interpretation of the genre) and passionate about what they do. Small, independent crafting stores have had a hard time. Joann's is "small", but large. This one has or can help you to get what you need. Pleasant.

I sometimes skip this JoAnns b/c it's small but went today on my break and I was able to find stuff for a kid's craft (why I went) and of course other things I don't need like a cookie cutter shaped like a dog bone.... but the best thing was the staff. Kept their cool when another customer was being overly intense with a child and did a good job de-escalating things and so were so sweet to help me figure out the best coupon strategy. Very good experience!

I came here yesterday to compare prices on fur and foam. I like this JoAnns in particular!

They're having a pretty big sale right now, so that was nice! All sale signs list the restrictions very clearly.

The fur they ordered recently is fair in quality. They have a good selection of high quality upholstery foam as well.

I've been to some JoAnns where employees have no concept of measurement, but this was not the case here. Employees were generally helpful and eager to answer any questions!

This was a cool location, on the 2nd floor at the Riverside plaza. The staff was very friendly and the selection of items even seemed a bit bigger than other Joann stores I've visited (maybe that's true or not true, but it seemed to have more selection)?

Highly recommend downloading the Joann App on your phone before visiting if you want coupons at your fingertips

Awesome deals, especially on Hildie and Jo accessories and jewelry and really nice hair accessories. Alot of beading accessories and crystal beads. Plus really nice silver and silver plated beads at great prices. Not to mention everything else Joanns carries. They were pretty well stocked so shopping was fun. Enjoy and wear your 😷

I found the decals i wanted and most of the lace. Just wish they had more colors in lace. Then discovered when preparing to use the lace it wasn't enough so i had to come up with a different way to use one roll on the longer sides. My lap scarves came of beautiful.

I finally gave in and went to this Joann's store. It is closer to me than a couple of the other stores. Atmosphere of the store is quiet and clean. There is a good selection of notions, material, and such. As for the store being a bit smaller than some, it has a good selection. I have gone back to the bigger stores, it is still maybe I'll find what I want (or not).
