Had a great experience. Sales associate Kayla was very helpful, as she gave me recommendations and explained the differences in styles and sizing. This was my first time purchasing Birkenstocks, so it was super helpful to have a sales associate who was so nice and helpful. So far, I love the shoes and will go back for another pair in the future. Highly recommend!

The customer service is usually awesome but sometimes when you're not busy they let someone go home then they get slammed and it's hard to get to everyone due to the one on one service they try so hard to please and get the right shoes for you. My experience is they have waited on me for long periods because of my arch and they really don't want to sell you a shoe that's not comfortable. So if a little busy and you wait you will see the same service as the other people saw. Retail is tough business these days. So don't give up on the service. Awesome service in my opinion.

Great selection of shoes, boots and sandals all made with that Birkenstock quality. The prices are very competitive and in line with most websites. The store is open and appealing with clean floors and tidy shelves. The product is easy to look at and pick up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the footwear that they carry.

Every time I have been here, there has only been one employee, who has stood behind the reg. They have always greeted me within a few minutes, but there just never seems to be enough help for all of the customers. And if they are busy checking out a customer, how are they supposed to go back to find my size? I feel very uncomfortable having to ask them for help when they already seem overwhelmed. I might ship there more if I could get consistent good customer service.

This store is particularly small and as with all birkenstocks they are really expensive shoes. There is ample parking, however, the selection just is not there. You could go in and look at the whole store and try on every shoe in your size and still be out in 30 minutes. Theyre usually understaffed however the few employees they do have are passionate about the brand.

Not a large selection and size ranges. I was disappointed.
